In addition to Karma being a solid solution from the start, their support and development staff have been remarkably responsive to our ideas and frequently add features based on customer feedback.

When I first startyed using it some features were a bit tricky to find for first time users.

The tagging component is perfect. I do a lot of registration for events through Wufoo and it links up great with it.

Karma was a pleasure to use. It had 2 critical features I wanted: 'Autosave' and 'Save with Followup.

I immediately imported my contacts to the site which was super easy. It was very easy to use and navigate.

We were strongly leaning toward karmaCRM and decided to go for it in the midst of explosive growth. KarmaCRM not only worked for, the support staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful.

It has email tracking, APIs, third party integrations, internal notifications, permissions, easy import and export – everything you expect in a modern CRM.

What I like best is the price and the fact that I can go anywhere and access my database of customers. I also like how easy it is to upload documents that correlate with my customers.

When a feature is broken, it NEVER gets fixed. They are always doing improvements and updates, but the original problems never get addressed.

I've been through some CRM implementations and transitions in the past, and complexity and a lack of customization are often major obstacles.

My team and I have been using Karma for almost two years. The product is very user friendly, affordable and has tremendously helped us scale up our sales and outreach process.

I would be flat on my back, should ever happen something disastrous to it... (which of course wouldn't, as it is cloud-based and you can have everything exported from it).

The Karma team have always been responsive to any inquiries we have had (via phone or email) and always open to feedback of ways to improve the product. Would highly recommend this product.

It is also user friendly, allowing you to download data when you need to but also customize your interface so you can see only the data points that you're interested in.

The integrated email feature is my favorite tool, it saves me time. I wish other CRM programs would utilize this feature without slowing down my PC.

Printable task list (which incl 'overdue' scheduled events). Great app, which lets me search for contacts, and with two taps dial directly.

Not only is KarmaCRM the best and easiest to use, their support team is beyond fantastic.

The one drawback is that it won't automatically code clicking boxes from Wufoo, only fill in the blanks and drop down menus. If they could figure out how to do that, I'd give it 5/5.

Great combo of an email campaign tool integrated into a CRM.

Time and time again, I've hit support for assistance and all of the support team has been great. Specifically, I'd like to give kudo's to Mike Roa who has always been fantastic to work with.

Plus you then have to pay them to have a new lead set to automatically enter a drip marketing campaign.

But that's just me. I'm an old dog learning new tricks.

Quick eblast capability. Customer support was outstanding.

Sales Nexus has been a valuable tool for our team. It is excellent for sending out emails campaigns and being able to track the success of those campaigns is really critical.

Using it more makes me more proficient. Customer support was excellent in helping me the first time I had to send an eblast.

It is easy to see how we could expand our use of this tool for a greater business benefit.

Flexibility and ease of use make this software attractive.

Customer service is pretty good but they have a limit to how much they will help you for your basic monthly cos.

I really like the fact that it integrates an email marketing tool with the CRM. This is not an extra feature like many other well known CRMs.

I liked best that you can customize almost any field or drop down menu.

I am also impressed by the persistence of the support staff in pursuing my problem du jour to make sure that I’m totally satisfied.

The customer support chat, intuitiveness and ease of use of SalesNexus are it's best features.

Sales Nexus is a very robust system that can do so much. And for the price I don't think it can be beat.

Compared to other CRMs on the market, Sales Nexus is very affordable without sacrificing important features. I have found their customer service and support to be outstanding.

I have been using SalesNexus for more than 9 years. The support team is wonderful to work with and ALWAYS solves whatever issue I need help with.

I use send email blasts about once a week and those were getting very expensive. Reducing this cost meant I did not have to worry as much about how often I sent emails.

With their program being so user friendly and the customization abilities so flexible I knew they were the CRM we would need. Thank you Craig and all the staff at SalesNexus for being so wonderful.

When customizing the city drop down new entries do not automatically populate in alphabetical order.

This product has evolved over the many years we've been using it. The company has added lots of useful features.

Because I was going to be one of the main people using the CRM I knew what we would require in features and customization. Thankfully I found SalesNexus after disastrous attempts with two other CRM's.

VERY robust admin features-  the ability to have separate sales reps/managers with different access/edit levels. There are many more reasons, but this is still the best CRM around.
