In addition to Karma being a solid solution from the start, their support and development staff have been remarkably responsive to our ideas and frequently add features based on customer feedback.

When I first startyed using it some features were a bit tricky to find for first time users.

The tagging component is perfect. I do a lot of registration for events through Wufoo and it links up great with it.

Karma was a pleasure to use. It had 2 critical features I wanted: 'Autosave' and 'Save with Followup.

I immediately imported my contacts to the site which was super easy. It was very easy to use and navigate.

We were strongly leaning toward karmaCRM and decided to go for it in the midst of explosive growth. KarmaCRM not only worked for, the support staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful.

It has email tracking, APIs, third party integrations, internal notifications, permissions, easy import and export – everything you expect in a modern CRM.

What I like best is the price and the fact that I can go anywhere and access my database of customers. I also like how easy it is to upload documents that correlate with my customers.

When a feature is broken, it NEVER gets fixed. They are always doing improvements and updates, but the original problems never get addressed.

I've been through some CRM implementations and transitions in the past, and complexity and a lack of customization are often major obstacles.

My team and I have been using Karma for almost two years. The product is very user friendly, affordable and has tremendously helped us scale up our sales and outreach process.

I would be flat on my back, should ever happen something disastrous to it... (which of course wouldn't, as it is cloud-based and you can have everything exported from it).

The Karma team have always been responsive to any inquiries we have had (via phone or email) and always open to feedback of ways to improve the product. Would highly recommend this product.

It is also user friendly, allowing you to download data when you need to but also customize your interface so you can see only the data points that you're interested in.

The integrated email feature is my favorite tool, it saves me time. I wish other CRM programs would utilize this feature without slowing down my PC.

Printable task list (which incl 'overdue' scheduled events). Great app, which lets me search for contacts, and with two taps dial directly.

Not only is KarmaCRM the best and easiest to use, their support team is beyond fantastic.

The one drawback is that it won't automatically code clicking boxes from Wufoo, only fill in the blanks and drop down menus. If they could figure out how to do that, I'd give it 5/5.

Plenty of different styles that help to customize experience. Possibility to add images into questions and options.

Great for new hire training as well as existing employees scripting. Zingtree has added many new features and functionality upgrades over the past year that have made wonderful improvements.

Looks nice and functions well. We chose Zingtree above other platforms because of its integration with ZenDesk.

Zingtree can sometimes be a pain to build up but could just be user error.

The easy go to approach. It is easy to get going and there is a lot of guides and inspiration available + good support.

I also like how easy it is for my agents to use. The presentation of the flow once you create it, also is awesome.

A powerful decision tree tool with a slight learning curve.

I'm probably using it wrong, but it's all wonky. I just don't have the time to figure it out.

If the steps are not written out clearly, it is easy for new employees to get lost. Note really a problem in zingtree, but rather a user error.

Times out too easily and lose changes which is frustrating. This appears to be an intermittent issue but one that needs addressing.

Team is really available to help and they are knowledgeable about their own system and integration.

Like my title suggests, this software is easy to use and has proven to be a good tool for my agents as our company has started out.

The customer support is amazing. I also like the layout of the logic on the overview page - it makes it very easy to follow.

I also hate that the system doesn't connect with some of our internal systems, our agents log in to way too many systems as is.

The one downside to the software is that it can be time consuming to set it all up.

Overall it's been a great additional tool for decision making and collecting data to further our efforts towards efficiency.

The flexibility in creation of flow charts is very nice. Good for an environment with many users.

I don't know of too many other companies that can pack that much functionality for that price. Awesome value for money.

Clean UI and the end user experience is really nice. It's easy to get started, and there seems to be a lot of support documentation.

Very expensive and we can't get it to work correctly with Freshdesk, but we have still been charged for clicks. It was difficult to set up and integrate.

ZingTree was a fun tool to work with. It was very straightforward.

The clean look and feel as well as the ease of use. This product and the reporting are fantastic.

There are a lot of great benefits to this software, from building a system to interacting with the APIs.

It only records the answers and not the questions so it's basically USELESS for the next agent who looks at the ticket.

Zingtree Agent Scripting is a cloud-based call center scripting solution for call centers in all industries. Users can create, deploy and analyze agent scripts.


Scripts can be created using a visual designer or copied from an existing script library and customized. Zingtree saves the last screen and history of each session, so if a call is transferred between agents, the new agent can take over where the previous agent left off.


Agent interactions are tracked and saved as transcripts. Users can view sessions for individual agents, generate performance summaries and assess where scripts could be improved.
