Easy to implement in a desktop software environment
Ease of deployment, and relatively easy to use by end users.
CONSConflict with caps lock is annoying but easily solved.

it is a simple program to remote connect to another pc
This is a good software to remote connect to a pc, it is not bad and it gets the job done. It works when other non-popular solutions don't work.
PROSthis is a neat little program that works well but is not very popular. You can remote to any pc but it is not as easy or simple or others, I would not use it for large deployments.
CONSIt doesn't feel like other do, you tend to feel it is not matured like other programs that do the same. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing negative to say about it, but it just doesnt feel as developed as others do.

ShowMyPC is easy to use
This was easy for me and my client to use, the shared URL makes it very simple and fast to use. The client was happy because we were able to get connected so quickly.
PROSI like that you have other people connect to your PC with a specialized URL, that allows for immediate an on demand remote access.
CONSIt's not a huge deal, but it will keep showing you options that aren't available unless you pay for it. I would think that if you are choosing to use the free version yo are not interested in the pay option. But if maybe just show that option once at the beginning or the end.

Remote Support
I like Remote Support and Meetings and would use it again. I have found better options for my particular needs, but I would use it again if I found it fit my needs.
PROSI like that there is a free version clients can use.
CONSIt can be difficult to help users get it set up on their end sometimes.

Easy to use but slow in remote performance
It's easy to use and download and it's very quick to install, can be done by any non tech savy person
CONSIt's a bit slow in performance, once I take remote control of the other computer it will show it like a slow connection, I know it's not because of that because I've tried other remote control softwares which work just fine.

Great and easy
Great experience highly recommended easy to use and user friendly tools and features that met any bussiness needs

Show my PC is very easy to use but it is costly for small businesses or single users.
Show my PC is easy to use and the HELP area is very detailed so that you fully understand what needs to happen so that you don't need to ask for HELP.

A great tool for working and connecting your team. The team is interconnected, collaborative and productive. We can easily call a meeting or share files with each other and work on projects regardless of location. Easy to deploy, very user friendly interface. In my opinion, not a very popular tool, due to the partial functionality that is filled by the existing MS Teams from the Office 365 series. However, these do not allow you to connect to another computer in case of remote access.
CONSOccasional lagging, but nothing that couldn't be survived. Otherwise I was happy with the usage, user friendly, integration fine, recommend.

Donde trabajo usualmente lo utilizamos para brindar atencion remota como IT a los agentes de las diversas campañas.
PROSsu interfas es muy intuitiva, las herramientas son innovadoras, y su funcionavilidad es algo que te ara elejirlo siemte.
CONSpuede llegar el punto de que se buguee cuando el internet falla.

Fácil uso y rápida puesta en marcha
buena, hay veces que el antivirus detecta como virus.
PROSLa facilidad de usarlo, solo pides a la persona que quieres ayudar remotamente que baje el programa, lo ejecuta, te pasa el codigo, lo introduces en un cuadro y listo.
CONSLa web actualmente solo está en inglés, y aunque encontramos la opción de traducirlo, no lo hace muy bien porque usa el traductor de google.
