- The easy of the system for both admins and users has made the integration of the system into the business efficient and effective as we have used terms that the business are familiar with.
- Additionally, the implementation support provided through Risk Rising has been excellent. The ability to link workflows and report out information has been valuable for executive reporting.
Cons
- Sometimes, especially if you are just starting out with the tool, there can be unwanted downstream impact to other workflows.
- Need features to be able to see which users have viewed each risk within the system. This will allow accountability.
