Great experience

1) The flexibility of accommodating your specific needs. 2) Great for the billing. 3)Comprehensive for all management needs. 4) The quick response to address any issue. 5) Price is very reasonable

I liked everything in it. As a matter of fact whatever you don't like the team will fix for you.

Revivng Care REview

Reviving Care is a really solid software. Overall, my experience has been very good. There are some quirks that I mentioned above that I hope can get resolved.

PROS

The billing functions are the most that I like about this software. It is easy to organize and filter by what is paid, not paid, etc. It is also easy to send claims out to DHS or insurance companies. Scheduling is also a breeze - I like how you can see in a calendar view what an employee's schedule is.

CONS

One of the things that makes it difficult to operate Reviving Care is the integration of two companies. For example, I work for About U but constantly am confronted by information only relevant to Caring Professionals, whether that be clients, SA's, schedules, etc. Another thing is that it sorts information by employee/client first name. This is a bit frustrating, as I think it is standard to sort people by their last name.

Reasons for switching to RevivingCare

Cashe's EVV platform, Pavilio, was very broken, buggy, and unreliable.

5-STAR **** Home Care software program

I am extremely satisfied with Reviving Care software and would highly recommend it to any home care agency which provides PCA and/or 245-D waivered services. The forms developed within the software program are very comprehensive and meet MN statutes and DHS regulations.

PROS

Pro’s: Easy navigation, ability to record very detailed care plan info, quick access to support staff (never on-hold), ability to scan & upload document directly into client’s file, very comprehensive medication directory, able to complete required vulnerable adult assessments, supervision form is nicely layer out and can electronically texted to obtain signature - lots of nice features other programs don’t have.

CONS

When other users log-in, a notification displays across my screen - I can’t permanently shut that feature off.

We used to in house bill our service, which took hours to do. With Reviving care, a billing time cut down extremely.

CONS

Status updates delays sometimes can cause confusing.

Best Home Care Software

My overall experience , is great. I wish, I used this company years ago. Makes things easier for myself, staff and clients. I was with another popular company but I end up switching due to their system not making it easier for users and I'm happy I did !!!!!!!!

PROS

User friendly and makes task and job much easier by going paperless and general reminders. Then have option to zoom if you need help or if you need staff trained

CONS

Small bugs but they get it handled quickly

Your old app worked more consistently. This new version needs work.

Seems straight forward to use for clients care and employees hours to log in.

CONS

Often unable to punch in,app freezes up. Should give employees and/or clients a daily, weekly, monthly total of hours worked.
