The reports BLOW the minds off of agents and clients. Agents especially love the request for repairs feature which is super simple and easy to use. The templates are fully customizable and flow very well. I was even able to import my home inspector pro template in about 30 seconds. Overall it saves me countless hours a day. Customer service is professional and always responds quickly.

I wish they had more tutorial and training materials. They said they are working on that though.

The product is very easy to use and implement. A few bugs here and there but easy to get help.

It saves every comment for ever. It would betree to have the option to assign a permanent comment or create a temporary that won’t stain the template.

It is good and detailed when the system is up and running properly, my business partner who is using a android is having way more issues as well so I dunno if it’s a android issue or not.

I like most about this software when it’s functioning properly is the detailed pics and being able to describe the pictures and section .

Software glitches , not being able to edit categories subject lines , clients not being able to open report time to time and having to contact customer service , and you loading pictures sometime take up to 35-45 mins at the end of the report which is long for high speed internet . Also paying near 70 a month Canadian for this product and having all these issues I’m very weary about keeping if nothing is adjusted

It works great so I can spend more time finding those often missed issues by other inspectors. It's one less thing to worry about when I'm on site.

East to set up. Good pricing. Great looking reports. The support team has always been very quick to respond to any issue I've had. This can easily be used for other types of inspections and not just whole home inspections.

I wish the price of the inspection could be added to the contract agreement. I have to manually change the wording each time I send a new contract.

Nice to have the option for mobile use. Needs better syncing from mobile to PC.

Overall not bad. Seems well built, and they update it all the time with fixes and such, so that is good. Kinda clucky to use in the field though

It has certain features that are pretty good, and it's easy to start and finish an inspection. Pretty easy to use

Kinda takes a while to get to the actual nitty gritty. I have to click on 3-4 screens before I can start an inspection

After switching over to inspector nexus I’ve saved 2 hours or more on every inspection. The app syncs up with my iPad and desktop seamlessly, and everything just works. Overall I am super satisfied with how everything works.

I have experienced a few crashes but the support said they should be fixed in the next update.

Overall I'm pleased with software it's ease of use and it's pay-per-use pricing.

The software is easy to use, set up and even creating a template was pretty straightforward. As a small company doing specialized inspections for mold and toxicity I have months where I'm busy and months where my only do one or two inspections and being able to pay per inspection versus a large monthly fee works really great for me.

I'd like to see the app work better when you're in locations without any data. And would really like to see the addition of a payment processing, and a way to lock the report until payment has been received.

Tech support is lacking and the syncing issues come and go consistently.

When the platform works, it’s easy to use

There are lots of syncing issues that are recurring. They only offer tech support via email, and refuse to troubleshoot issues by phone or text. Very frustrating when you’re on site and can’t get help when you need it.

I thoroughly enjoy utilizing the software based on the ease of use and pricing schema. For a small firm such as myself having the ability to pay per report or at a monthly fee as I grow makes it easy to plan and budget for growth.

I really like the ease of use building the reports. The pre-build information makes it seamless. The ability to go in on the web and create specific templates for specific projects or clients is very beneficial.

Occasionally the video portion does not attach correctly.

The software is easy to use for residential home inspections. My favorite aspect is the flexibility that this software allows. I am not required to meet a certain threshold of inspections per month, but I can pay to use the software based on the needs of my company.

The comment library could be more extensive to save time when filling out reports. I would also like the addition of more templates to add to variety.

The app shuts down constantly. I have contacted appsupport on this multiple times in the past and has made no difference. Apple or Android it does not matter. We have had reports that quite literally take hours longer because of this major issue. It's a constant frustration for my team. I would suspect we will choosing another provider in the near future

Overall I love the app. It is easier to operate from phone then desktop which is not ideal on some days.

The interface of the software and the simplicity of the reports is what I like most. It has a good feel and easy to operate.
