THE Best above all

Spectora allows me to publish on site without making my clients or agents wait long hours. By the time I have completed the inspection it's all done and nothing to do later. This is what I wanted and what I was looking for. No other inspection software was able to meet my expectations and I did tried a bunch of them for months each before I found Spectora.

PROS

Spectora has been the best business decision I have made in decades. Years ago I was looking for a dependable software, mobile ready with no issues at all, able to publish on site, off the charts best customer service. After talking via email with one of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I decided to jump in and haven't regretted. This company has the best customer service in the industry, the best technology and they're very client focused.

CONS

The software is awesome. But the least I don't like is NOTHING!! It's all good and way above the competition.

Best software for inspectors

PROS

User friendly, easy to learn. All in 1 software

CONS

Unknowingly getting charged for “an additional user” when in reality I just logged into my iPad since my phone was about to die but I still needed to get report done somehow.

Greedy without any accountability for anything promised

Was so hopeful and excited and after countless issues in combination with hallow apologies and an overall lack of any accountability on their end I have come to loathe the name Spectora. Literally hearing or seeing the name or logo raises my blood pressure. When I think of how much money I spent vs the problems I have had and the lack of any kind of solution or even effort or attempt to fix the problem or provide a work around amazes me I haven't left. I won't be surprised at all if I find out this was all a game to get a decent valuation and the two [sensitive content hidden]dump the company to make a pile of cash and leave all of us that put up with their garbage with the hope of something better to wait for whomever buys it to fix the pile they leave them with. If it can be done. The only things that makes sense the more I think about it. Just wait and see. They will try and go public soon.

PROS

The only thing I like about spectora is the way the summary looks and the repair request builder.

CONS

The least helpful thing about spectora is the support. Regardless of what platform you are on, regular or their advanced business platforms, there is zero phone support. The best I could get when joining advanced after writing into chat for help and going over my advanced account to ensure I have set it up in the best possible way and to see if I could do anything better was a link to schedule out a call 3 - 4 days later. I had that day off and the time to do it right than. I had inspections to conduct over the next few days, not to mention I'm paying them hundreds a month to be the backbone of my inspection company, handle the scheduling, follow up, payments, reporting ect, and the best I can do is chat with someone? Are you kidding me? There is abosolutely zero flexibility in the platform. For example, I have a license and a friend thats an inspector I'm helping start up has a license in his account. I was going to have him come with me on a few inspections while he got his feet wet and to get his confidence up, and maybe in the future when we were doing 10k sq ft houses and over utilize him as a second. Despite him paying $99 already for his license, I needed to pay another $89 on my account plus what we both already paid so he could join me on a few inspections a year. As I have mentioned I have had countless things that have gone wrong, the reporting system that has been stuck in the sandbox for the past year plus we were told was going to be made permanent

Reason for choosing Spectora

Thought that they were going to have that technology start up mentality that cared about their clients and understood they are the ones that make or break a company. Would back up their promises and talk to deliver a product that was evolving and constantly developing to get better for the end user. Boy was I wrong about that. I feel more like I got boiler roomed and paid a ton of money for a penny stock worth nothing, but all my money is sitting here now so do I ride it out or move on. If your a new inspector, or thinking about moving because of the above, I'm not embellishing because I'm bitter and pissed. Everything I have said other than predictions is 100% true.

Best Customer support Ever

My Over all experience has been wonderful!, I am not a tech kinda person, due to the my advanced age, but that never is a problem with the support team!!.

PROS

The customer support is beyond anything in the industry. It does not matter, what kind of issue or problem I have, or had, the customer support team squashes every single problem or issue. NOTHING phases this team of professionals. They are absolutely the best in the industry, everyone of the deserves a pay raise, with a support team like this, there is no limit to what can be accomplished!!!.
