More important is that after sale service, their customer support help me a lot when i not able to do configuration in certain cases.

The good thing about this software is the integration of the reservation and restaurant module and also to our channels which makes it easy to maintain.

Another reason I am so eager to work with eZee is that you are constantly working to improve your software and become the best. The software overall is amazing and gurantees value for your money.

Very difficult to get a detailed business source report, Added agent details. There is no option one time group booking instead keep adding one by one.

The cons is that the only option for paying the maintainance fees are tru wiretransfer which poses a problem for our company.

The team resolve quickly when we ask for helps.

And they promise you the world before they sign you on. After that it's dead silent.

The cons for this software is sometimes got problem with WIRU / WRD but eZee team quick solving the problem.

WebRezPro is a great PMS solution for us expecially with its huge number of integrated online travel agencies over the internet.

It does not work well at all on a mobile device.

I am in accounting, I like that it has interfaces for the other software we use.

When we first started we were so thrilled to have a fantastic calendar to utilize and see our occupancy in a snapshot view.

The system is moderately easy to use and the customer service team is amazing to help when you need it.

Just kidding of course ... but really it would be hard to identify something we don't like.

For the money this is the best product I've used or demo-ed. Its easy to use and the developers keep working to improve it.
