Promised improvement/changes to software are not always delivered. Translation into other languages (in my case Dutch) is sometimes missing or with mistakes  (e.g. when printing the check-in form).

The SabeeApp is the best Hotel Cloud Chanel Manager in terms of price & service quality.

It is a very easy-to-use and useful software that helps making work easier.

Overall, we have been very satisfied with SabeeApp. The value for money is great, customer service is very responsive and answering all our questions without delay.

I have recommended sabee app to colleges which are also very satisfied.

You can check several financial and sales reports and daily or even yearly performance with comparison. The team is really nice, they always have some great new ideas, features.

Sometimes it does not sync with booking engines properly. Also when I move the block (reservations) around, it kept saying warning even the date is correct.

A great system, works very well, easy to use, good features, flexible & with excellent support.

I like the integration of the IBE, the Channel Manager and the invoicing software in one package. Synchronisation through iCal is a big plus for us.

I did encounter a problem in February when payment could not be made because the card details had expired in the system.

Something that could be confusing to guests sometimes and frustrating. One more thing regarding the google hotel ads is that it's always being ranked on the bottom of the list.

We like the calendar view the most, it gives us a great overlook of our bookings. It is very easy to create new bookings and change existing books by dragging and dropping.

I have been using Sabeeapp for many years and everything looks really good! the system works smoothly and has nice UI tools, Easy to understand even if you haven't read the manual before.

It doesn't connect to any POS device which is sad.

Easy to use, web based, nice housekeeper app,  awesome connection with airbnb, booking and expedia, booking engine is pretty good,  paypal payments on the booking engine.

It's really easy to understand and use even for a new user. Price wizard is super but my favourite part is the Reports.

We like its easy to use intraface, straihtforward structure, and plenty of useful additions, solutions.

The reports are very helpful and the variety of reports are great - sales by month, week, year etc. and demographics of who are market are.

User friendly interface, excellent support service, great two way connection with the main OTAs (booking.com / expedia / airbnb).

The support staff are amazing and so responsive and helpful. It is also very reliable - I trust Sabeeapp.

Tripleseat is immensely helpful in not overbooking and being able to plan ahead in terms of revenue coming in and tracking client retention.

The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.

The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.

The best part about Tripleseat is the ease of use.

Its a great database for event management in the hospitality industry and great tool to communicate with clients or potential future clients.

Customer Service and Use Are Amazing. Really love the easy of the auto generating forms.

Speed in dealing with Guests is great - I have been happy implementing Gather at over 15 locations.

Sometimes the information we put in the system is also not updated properly and we need to refresh the page a few times. We've missed or messed up catering orders for that reason.

The customer service if I ever have a question or issue that needs sorting is quick and helpful. I use this software daily and I love using it.

Costumers love the ability to sign contracts online and the ease of communications. I have worked with several different software and TripleSeat is definitely my favorite.

Love almost every aspect of Tripleseat. The templates are great.

I really love the ease of making quotes, pulling together events, and sharing with the team, etc.

The only negative thing I would have to say is the discussions software usage with email servers.

It's easy to use, relatively intuitive (once you get the hang of it) and my experience with my account rep has been amazing.

Marketing it can integrate with Mailchimp which is great but that is not enough for exposure.

The integration with Mailchimp is simple. Their is a way of storing CC cards for clients which is a nice feature.

Features are constantly added and improved on. But most of all, customer support is the best ever.

I love the calendar view. It is so easy to login and get an overvie of what your day looks like.

Weekly and daily digests can be great reporting for the team. Integration with Stripe payments is easy to use.

Like before, we love the contract editing possibility. I also love the notifications and reminders that you can set for yourself.
