  • Customer service has been very responsive. I have contacted them via email several times and each time I have heard back within an hour.
  • Easy to use and customer service is always there to help.
  • Cons

  • For the moment I have been able to find solutions to all the doubts or issues we had regarding the team.
  • Sometimes forget how to load customer and invoice info.

  • Applicant tracking system and onboarding system has been very helpful. It is easy to navigate and very user friendly.
  • Great for a smaller size company. Good user interface and easy for new users to learn.
  • Cons

  • Unless you invest in the enterprise option, it is somewhat limited in customization. Sometimes it was slow in getting assistance from a technical standpoint.
  • There really hasn't been anything I don't like about the product.
