While there can be a small learning curve when using some of the advanced features, overall the system is reliable, efficient, and helpful for managing payroll and HR-related activities."

While some advanced features require additional services, the core tools work well for small businesses and save a lot of time managing payroll and basic HR tasks."

"Additionally, the platform lacked functionality we previously had with another provider, including more flexible reporting, document management with e-signature, seamless data integrations, and timekeeping controls and administrative visibility are limited."

"ADP did not put enough time into the setup process before our first payroll thus many categories or specifics were not setup for us so when we went to process our first payroll it took nearly 2 days to complete. "
