It is super easy to use and the communication on there is fast and clear, providing answers very quickly. I also like the way the payroll processing is set up. There is an option to make 1x changes to an employees check, cancel a single direct deposit, adjust tax withheld and more. What's more is that I am paying significanly less for ADP than I was with our previous company and with way less headaches. #### Cons I do feel the employee handbook module could include some more common sections. There were some I did have to type up and add. Also, when I submit tax notices, it would be nice to have an open line of communication. Currently, once they close the request there is no way to let them know if the resolution was sufficient or if the claim needs further attention. #### Reasons for switching to RUN Powered by ADP We had nothing but problems with Paychex. Mostly there were tax compliance issues but they also got deductions wrong occasionally. There was always a new "payroll specialist" handling the account so if they were not familiar there were typically some kind of errors.
