We can download timecard reports with notes and approvals. #### Cons Customer support. The do not appear to have knowledge for unique company needs. As an example some of our employees disappeared from our reports and our payroll register for no reason. We found out they were archived, customer support told us we were too large of a company and we were filling up our storage. We have 1200 employees, I do not think for a company that is too large for ADP to handle, they've been around for many years and I have to believe there are other companies with a lot more employees. #### Reasons for choosing ADP Workforce Now We had Paycom before Paylocity and at the time Paycom was more difficult to use and customize reporting that we needed for the contracts.
