ADP Workforce Now is a human capital management solution for companies with more than 50 employees. The core capabilities of the solution include human resources management, payroll, benefits, talent management, compliance, time and labor management and analytics and benchmarking.

The fully integrated suite is built on a single database, which automates data synchronization across different components and helps users to minimize manual administrative tasks. The platform also integrates with other HR and business applications via the ADP Marketplace and APIs.

With ADP Workforce Now, clients also receive self-service tools for employees and manager, such as the widely used ADP Mobile app, to access paychecks, W-2s, timecards, benefit information and more; proactive compliance and regulatory alerts; external perspectives on making HR and business decisions with the help of ADP Benchmarking, the ADP Research Institute and ADP Professional Services; and access to a client community with more than 50,000 peers.

I like that they give you the option of Touch ID so that logging in is quick and easy if you choose that option. You are able to see your paycheck, approve time cards, and request time off with ease.

Cons

You have to change your password frequently and sometimes the app lags, however, this could be due to an issue with the phone and not necessarily an issue with the software.

ADP is great for keeping track of all employee information.
-Ease of access with clocking in and out to record hours worked
-User Friendly system for requesting time off and selecting how you would like to use the hours requested (vacation, sick leave, behreavement leave)
-Convenient listing of all paychecks issued, to where you can see how much was issued for the check and see details regarding taxes

Cons

-The Messages Tab. You will see alert for any new notifications (such as time off approved/denied), but to view, you have to click "review history". Not a deal breaker, but would be better if it said "read message"
-Logging out of your account can get confusing, because instead of a drop down menu under your account name on the right hand side, its an open door icon next to that. I'd suggest putting the "log out" under the drop down under the account name, so its similar to other sites usability many are familiar with.

Implementation is adequately fine and it is just okay for the job. But we wish it did more than just a few clicks here and there. Maybe they are still developing and we should give them some space to breathe.

Cons

Interface can be a lot better as it seems a little broken for now. Design choice have to be re-thought by them in many areas. If the developers are reading, please do take this into consideration.

I feel the system is great but it is somewhat difficult to learn on your own so I beg the clients, when they choose this system, please take all of the recommended trainings that are suggested so that you can get the full functionality of the system.

Pros

Love the support team of Partner Access. Love the assistance I can truly support our clients with this access.

Cons

Some of the functionality that they allow Partner Access limits our ability to support our clients at times. They have designed a drop and drag report option for the client but haven't given this same access to Partners to create custom report more easily.

-It contains good reporting features - and they are easy to use
-user friendly in the sense that you should be able to teach yourself how to navigate around many of the screens

Cons

-Not a custom product - you must use it as is to fit your business needs
-Data is limited - custom fields are used up too quickly!
-The Time and Attendance module is not very flexible (ADP has to handle all of the behind the scenes work and the end user has very little control)

Workforce at some point at a later time

This product houses all of the information about my employment status, professional profile, and tax documents and history. As a repository, it has a lot of room to support me as an employee.

Cons

Sadly, the product is either not well formed for a modern workforce it is not maintained well by my institution. The information is regularly incorrect, the password is different from my institution account, and I cannot submit any requests for updates through the system. I have to separately email my HR department for changes.

Pros

Employees can easily track their time cards, employees can also view their tax information and can access their pay stubs and other employment information. Saves paper by being able to keep track of such important stuff and have it all available when needed.

Cons

Not much of anything negative to say about this software, it is great for companies of any size I think but can be pricier than other options for small businesses that do not want to spend so much on this factor.

ADP Workforce now does provide a number of helpful resources, pulling together key employee data and benefits (including coupons/discounts available through the organization). Having all of these resources in one place is certainly a helpful and ongoing tool for employees.

Cons

Although the web-based nature of the tool is helpful, the design is incredibly outdated and difficult to use. The design is flawed to the point that many of the employees within my organization regularly use it and yet have little to no idea of all of the benefits offered. Such software must be easy to use, especially where more vulnerable populations of employees may use the site as their primary access to HR.

It's a good, safe and basic way to track time, request time off and view benefits, pay stubs. It also keeps track of the review progress.

Pros

I enjoy the information available listed in the dashboard. Once you get used to where certain items are and the logistics, then it becomes second nature to navigate [view benefits, request time off, see paychecks, etc.]

Cons

The interface is dated. I recommend a fresher UX/UI look and feel for the dashboard. The messaging center is also cumbersome to review - sometimes your request for time off messages, for example, are available to open and read, while others not so much [depends on the screen/resolution probably].

I got access to no fee atms and was able to track my transactions pretty well. like a real debit card

Pros

I loved how it told me where free atms were and my balances were always ready. Adp provides this app free with having a free account.

Cons

The customer support through this company is pretty pathetic. They sound like i am bothering them with my issues. I dont let this get in my way of viewing the company as they are pretty good. The customer service just needs some tuning.

i love the customer support first of all , it is hard to find people like that in my experience I think they actually have people working that actually know what they are talking about and I have never had any trouble reaching out to them or getting a reply back. It sure does takes alot of the stress off of having to process payroll every other week and making sure there are no mistakes made.

Cons

Every time they do a different upgrade on me It always takes me some time to get used to adapting to it. I have several employees I do payroll for and I would like it if somehow I could print out all their checks at the same time in one continuous nonstop motion at the same time that would save me a huge amount of time.

Payroll timecard management is so much easier with this software.

Pros

I love how easy it is to review employee timecards. I enjoy that I can approve the time by individual segment, so that if any time is in question, I do not hold up payroll while I research. I enjoy that my time off benefits and pay stubs are all in the same portal.

Cons

Honestly, the software works exactly as I would expect. My only complaint is that when you click on an item (like the image of a check), the time it takes to load seems like it takes longer than it should. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Home page is a waste of space, offering nothing of value. - the "MyADP" makes more sense, giving you a good dashboard to see various things about pay, 401k and time off. ADP knows how to make something more informative but I assume chooses not to.

ADP has crashed a few too many times. This has impacted the employees and the has caused some major payment problems for the company

I get to view my paystubs. I also update my direct deposit. I print my taxforms.

Pros

I get to see my paychecks online and also on the ADP app on my iphone and ipad. I also get to view and print my tax forms.

Cons

Sometimes but very rarely the website has maintenance issues. It is only because they have to make edits and improvements to make it easier for the user.

Pros

makes it easy to clock in & out aswell as request time off. Checking your schedule for errors is also very easy

Cons

the app is full of flaws & bugs. Constantly crashes/ will not load. Will take you several attempts to clock in or clock out, sometimes making you minutes later

ADP WorkforceNow is a robust system that can help you organize and manage a tremendous amount of data.

Cons

The UI is pretty plain and a bit "dated" looking, but that is all aesthetics. While the system can handle and manipulate loads of data, its not always the most intuitive system. While there pretty much seems to always be a way to achieve what you want, sometimes it takes a good amount of time to figure out how to do it. i.e. search functions relay results in a clunky manner

It's easy to use on the employee side.

Cons

Frequently have to log in/out to get the basic functionality's of the feature to work correctly. there are a lot of glitches in the system. When you call customer service they seldom know how to help. Honestly, they don't seem very familiar with the software themselves. There is no accountability on ADP's side in regards to the MANY glitches we experience. In fact, they state that we must need more training. A common problem we experience is clicking the 'submit' button or clicking any buttons or links, the system doesn't respond. I'm still waiting to hear from them about a training that we can take to fix that problem.

Can easily clock in and out, check my payroll, keep track of my paid time off and vacation time. Mobile app available and loads quickly on my phone.

Cons

There isn't much not to like about this software. I'm not a picky person - this gets the job done.
