Best alternate for HR department for a Start Up
It's been a great experience till now. Asanify helped to set up an HR HR department and eliminated the need to have an HR team for payroll and employee engagement and employee management process. We have one person managing the whole process now.
PROSExcellent Support and always approachable. Customization at every module to align with our business. Eliminates the need for a big team to handle the HR activites. Quick communication from Asanify team for any request.
CONSThe initial setting up process can be more simplified

Worst Thing for a startup
One of the worst services that I have used, Its like paying for their bug fixes, everytime you call their support, they will be like there is a bug we are getting it resolved, i have paid almost 29k extra salary because of their leaves issues, totally a disaster

CONS1. Performance Management to implement- where employee performance can be monitored and reviews can be shared in real time. 2. Notification mailer on completion of probation period in Asanify to be implemented. 3. Resignation option is not available

A good HRMS, specially with the attendance and leave part
Regularising the attendance as per policy, not going or mailing to any superior.

Good platform and responsible team members
Attendance and leaves tracking systems are easy to use and export to excel sheets for the records resulting in accurate employee data. Moreover, OKR and performance-based goal setup are really helpful to track the productivity of the employees. Hence Hiring module can help you to attract talent from the pool as they will create your company profile.
CONSSome of the customizations may be needed from time to time to keep up in the market.

Truely Asanify's my Payroll Needs
It has taken care of my complete payroll, further its not just about a software, if you write to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].. things get taken care immediately.. thats a great quality of a [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], interacting directly with its Clients whenever needed.
PROS1> I am a Dummy when it comes to Payroll, Without any experience i was able to setup payroll for 14 of my employees 2> I add can Accountants, so that helps my CA 3> The Website itself is very lite and continues improvements are taking place on its features.
CONS1> Profile picture of employee will make it better 2> Employee Work Aniversarys and Birthdays Reminders .. will be cooler for HR needs 3> Multiple companies managed via single login would be also great

Asanify - One Platform for all HR Requirements
We are a happy customer with Asanify. The pricing, the support and ease of using the system, helped us to stay organized in our everyday operations and it has saved a lot of time for sure.
PROSThe software is very user-friendly, easy to learn and use. It provides lots of features required for day to day HR operations. It provides platform for employee documentation, has well planned attendance and leave management systems. It comes with comprehensive payroll management system and we can also setup KPI for performance assessments. As the name says "Asanify" simplifies every organization's HR requirements and helps in staying organized all the time.
CONSAsanify has consciously put on lot of efforts in understanding the HR requirements and I should agree, they have provided a platform that suits requirements of all types of organizations. I believe it could be made further user friendly. Few features which are made mandatory can be revisited and modified.
