"The UI is super clean, making onboarding and tracking applicants a breeze instead of a total headache. But, it can definitely drain the budget if your startup is super strapped for cash. Plus, once you need to dive deep into custom workflows or handle complex payroll, it kinda hits a wall and you have to patch it with other apps."

"The self-service portal is a major highlight, allowing staff to manage their own time-off requests, update personal information, and access company handbooks effortlessly."

"Furthermore, while the performance management module is good for standard reviews, it lacks some of the deeper, more customizable competency mapping and 360-degree feedback features that specialized performance platforms offer."

"My biggest frustration is that my staff cannot see their timesheets in app unless we enable the option to log in/out via app, which is something that we do not want to do. "
