"Bizimply at Slatterys Pub D4! its our Perfect Productivity Barometer!"
Implemented Bizimply in Dec 2014 and now I could not live without it. From the start it was extremely easy to use and set up and just like any software you get out what you put in. I delegated the scheduling to middle management and concentrated on the employee database, monitoring attendance and productivity and building up a history of daily shifts by logging details once a week. I also used teh employee database to record data from staff revies held every 3/6 months. This historical data which shows sales, hours used and labour costs is now my "Productivity Baramoter" I am able to forecast the revenue and required labour and incentivise my staff to deliver on the optimum Sales Per Labour Hour rate (I now know it) that will deliver the maximum return in the most sustainable way. In our industry we cannot afford to sprint from Monday to Sunday, it's a marathon from January to December!
PROSEase of use, I can open multiple windows at the same time, great support, nice GUI, good pricing and easy to find invoices, they understand our industry, continuously improves functionality.

Honest feedback
Good positive experience only issue I have is response times from support. Email and chat feature are too slow. I would prefer a quick phone call to get instant resolution.
PROSThe scheduling, time clock, holiday tracking etc are excellent features. Happy the system has saved us time and made our schedule of easier. We now have accurate payroll as a result.
CONSSupport is slow when I’m on the system I need instant support. Often I have needed support but it can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to get a response or longer. By this time I have moved off the task and onto something else. Phone support would be a great bonus.

Feedback
part of Bizimply works very well for our teams and the support is good. It is not a fully functional HR/employee records, holiday request system which results in more manual work and errors.
PROSthe scheduling module and time & attendance are easy to use
CONSBizimply is not a HR function- many floors in the system that are not able to be adjusted

Great piece of software - be lost without it!!
Zero complaints about the product, and all staff I have dealt with have been very accommodating. Nothing has ever been a problem
PROSI like the Scheduling and I also like the shift log reports. My main pro would be the dashboard - tells me 99% of what I need to know and is easy to navigate my way around.
CONSThere's a lot of stuff in there that we don't really use - not that there is anything wrong with it but more so that we haven't had the time to explore it and use it.

What did we do without it
Amazing programme and with continuous development it has saved us money and made a mundane part of our Operation that little more easier and interactive
PROSBizimply acts as our full HR Management. We can track attendance, holidays, training and forecasts. Its a great all in one programme and very user friendly.
CONSTheres nothing that I least like. I think all the functions are fantastic

Comprehensive.
I like it. It is good value for money. It has much more applications than just workforce management.
PROSIt is quite comprehensive. It can be your one workforce managing tool. You can upload all employee documents in to someone's file. It allows to create checklists and follow the progress.
CONSPretty confusing labor cost analysis. Forecasting your labor cost is pretty challenging.

Bizimply is a must for our busy business
Before we had Bizimply our system was very manual, wages day took hours gathering all the information, now wages day takes 1-2 hours.
PROSEasy to use, various locations and over 120 employees all linked together is vital for the day to day running of our business
CONSThe format of the time sheet changed recently and this new format is not compatable to our payroll sheet, it would have been nice to have the option to stay with the old format

Its been good. It defo was a mine field at the beginning but then you realise it is intact user friendly after a bit of practise.
PROSBeing able to keep an eye on our labour daily.
CONS-I think the system is slow when trying to go between schedules or different pages the loading can be slow. -Not being able to see the FOH and BOH labour in a percentage. -We can't just export the timecards to our accountant as we originally thought we would be able to as they don't divide into FOH and BOH and in the order of when they were employed so it was too time consuming for them to do the wages using bizimply.

Costa review
Overall bizimply is a very good software, without which the day to day running of our store would be much more complex
PROSI like how simple it is to assign shifts using the preset shift lengths which are unique to our store
CONSI think that staff should be able to request holidays through this software as it would make it much easier to assign and sort rotas

Scheduling made easy!
Easy to set up and use. Easy to manage time cards and holidays. App really handy for Team to see schedules , track holidays and book time off. Manager app shows who is clocked in, due in or running late. Copy and paste rosters are a great timesaver!

Ergonomic, effective and efficient software
Bizimply helps streamline everything to do with managing employees time at work and off work. Real-time scheduling and remote access help us respond to staffing issues as they arise even when were not on site. The employee mobile app helps employees know exactly when they are working with no messing about with paper rosters or text messages

Bizimply Review
One of our main aims was to streamline our payroll process but I have found that this hasn't really happened. I still have to go and check all of the department's timecards as the managers miss quite a lot of the differences in the staff's clock in times to their scheduled hours. I have found the support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] exceptional. He is always on hand and able to resolve any queries. I feel that there was not enough training provided on the software, to managers for creating schedules and getting the most from the reports and also from an admin / payroll perspective. I am aware that there are classes on Bizimply but feel that recorded videos don't suit everyone.
PROSThe integration with Brightpay to upload hours in one go.
CONSI found integrating with Brightpay hard enough. It took numerous calls to Brightpay and Bizimply over two days to get it sorted.

Solid but could be better with a few small things
Good customer service but products like Deputy for the little things a bit better IMO.
PROSEasy enough to use which is good for non-techy people.
CONSA few annoying small things like if booking a half day off for someone it adds a full day to their holiday allowance.

Great System
We are getting to keep all staff clock ins/outs checked regularly. As I said above, the Customer Service is fantastic.
PROSI really like this product. Bizimply are a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them. Customer service is excellent and any little issues I had were dealt with promptly. Rep. have been great. It is a great system that we use in our three bars and we will continue to do business with them.
