Oversight
I have found bizimply to be responsive to any queries and their cloud database of support is actually very very good, meaning you can generally get a better understanding of an issue without the need to speak with someone.
PROSWe currently operate 11 sites, Bizimply gives us a oversight of each arm of our business and help to keep a control on labour in particular.
CONSA version for ipad (app) for building rotas out would be excellent . Doing this on a computer is super simple but some of our locations relay solely on iPad.

Great piece of software - be lost without it!!
Zero complaints about the product, and all staff I have dealt with have been very accommodating. Nothing has ever been a problem
PROSI like the Scheduling and I also like the shift log reports. My main pro would be the dashboard - tells me 99% of what I need to know and is easy to navigate my way around.
CONSThere's a lot of stuff in there that we don't really use - not that there is anything wrong with it but more so that we haven't had the time to explore it and use it.

part of Bizimply works very well for our teams and the support is good. It is not a fully functional HR/employee records, holiday request system which results in more manual work and errors.
PROSthe scheduling module and time & attendance are easy to use
CONSBizimply is not a HR function- many floors in the system that are not able to be adjusted

Bizimply is a must for our busy business
Before we had Bizimply our system was very manual, wages day took hours gathering all the information, now wages day takes 1-2 hours.
PROSEasy to use, various locations and over 120 employees all linked together is vital for the day to day running of our business
CONSThe format of the time sheet changed recently and this new format is not compatable to our payroll sheet, it would have been nice to have the option to stay with the old format

Simple, intuitive abd reliable.
Good, reliable, intuitive labour cost management plus some other really useful features.
PROSIts reliability and simplicity of use. Labour is our biggest controllable cost so it's critical that we have the tools to manage it effectively.
CONSTax rates can be difficult ... but it's hard to design and operate a platform that takes in all these variables across different entities in different countries I guess.

Bizimply - Easy to use!
it is an exceptional product and i feel like i couldn't now go and use a different product after using this for 2+ years
PROSthe best part of this software is the ease of use for scheduling, holidays and sickness, along with the quick access on mobile apps.

Great management tool
It is easy and user friendly software for shop managers. Easy tracking labor and attendance. swapping shifts. Building rosters. SUPER !!!!!

Great software really user friendly
The software is great, especially if you are an employee getting your timesheets. The online software is great, it works really well for scheduling time off and the work schedules are really well laid out. The mobile application is also great as an employee as you can check your schedule on the go and you receive notifications if there are any changes to the schedule which is helpful
CONSThe software could do with some design updates, other than that it works really well, it just looks a little dated

Honest feedback
Good positive experience only issue I have is response times from support. Email and chat feature are too slow. I would prefer a quick phone call to get instant resolution.
PROSThe scheduling, time clock, holiday tracking etc are excellent features. Happy the system has saved us time and made our schedule of easier. We now have accurate payroll as a result.
CONSSupport is slow when I’m on the system I need instant support. Often I have needed support but it can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to get a response or longer. By this time I have moved off the task and onto something else. Phone support would be a great bonus.

Open to error very manual.

Fantastic System, Support and Implementation
Fantastic experience from initially enquiry, demonstration, trial/testing through to onboarding and implementation.

Its been good. It defo was a mine field at the beginning but then you realise it is intact user friendly after a bit of practise.
PROSBeing able to keep an eye on our labour daily.
CONS-I think the system is slow when trying to go between schedules or different pages the loading can be slow. -Not being able to see the FOH and BOH labour in a percentage. -We can't just export the timecards to our accountant as we originally thought we would be able to as they don't divide into FOH and BOH and in the order of when they were employed so it was too time consuming for them to do the wages using bizimply.

An essential part of our business
Usability - it's simple, clean, and uncomplicated. For me it's all about tracking the labour cost and ensuring that units are on track financially.
CONSMore reports/reporting is an area that could use some focused development. For the most part it's an excellent product, that just needs continual development, like any other.

Scheduling made easy!
Easy to set up and use. Easy to manage time cards and holidays. App really handy for Team to see schedules , track holidays and book time off. Manager app shows who is clocked in, due in or running late. Copy and paste rosters are a great timesaver!
CONSPRSI not calculated. Doesn't integrate with Collsoft. Have to manually calculate bank holidays accumulated for hourly team

The Rising Sun
The Roster is major for us. It's so easy to create a roster for all different departments and one press of the button every employee gets an email outlining their working times. Clocking in is so easy. Managing our costs and doing comparisons with other weeks and months Ability to input all vacation days for employees
PROSIts excellent software really helps us to manage our small hotel. Now the roster is so simple compared to the paper roster we used to use. I get excellent reports.
CONSVery little perhaps having to make sure we are on the correct week when we change from one category from to another.
