Easy lowcost App\Desktop

PROS

Easy to use. Simple Layout, but good features

CONS

First App on the phone was slow when responding, but with the update things are a lot better.

Reason for choosing Breeze 360

Most were too expensive, or were either just Apps. We needed an App and Desktop program. For our employees to use on their phones, but also have a front desk clock in station.

Reasons for switching to Breeze 360

Software was being unsupported, had to migrate to another that was current and had support, just in case something went wrong. Our employee info storage was originally being stored locally, but this takes off the pressure of worrying about the old system crashing and losing everything.

Buyer Beware! Not a Value Added Business Partner!

Our experience with this software and company was expensive and disappointing. - All contact made to our sales rep after the sale was promptly diverted to customer service. - Customer service offered little help and deferred all FEDRAMP Compliance back to their cloud hosting provider (Liquid Web). - When the potentially counterfeit time clocks were brought to the attention of Software Techniques the reply was: "Thank you for sending me the information regarding the clocks. I am going to forward this to my supervisor so the issue can be addressed for the clocks we presently have." ** Software Techniques made no effort to return, replace or refund the time clocks or software. In fact, through this whole process, everyone @ Software Techniques differed to a "Supervisor", but not once were we contacted by a "Supervisor" to amicably resolve anything. Despite our best efforts, this was a 100% loss for our company.

PROS

Nothing, the software and time clocks could not be installed. The software did not meet industry requirements & the time clocks provided for use with Breeze 360 were identified as possibly counterfeit.

CONS

- As an Aerospace manufacturer and OEM for the US Government & DOD our company is required to be CMMC compliant. The CMMC requirements for FEDRAMP Certification compliance imposed by the US Government on 12/21/2023 were unforeseen when the system was purchased on 12/15/2023 (6 days prior). Only after receiving the equipment in early January 2024 was the issue brought to light. Over a 2-month period, we worked with both Software Techniques support team, their cloud hosting service provider (Liquid Web) and our 3rd party IT Securities Firm to find a solution. Despite our best efforts and additional expense to find a solution, no solution is available or anticipated to be available any time soon. Neither Liquid Web or Breeze360 (Software Techniques) have plans to become or utilize a FEDRAMP certified cloud hosting provider. This leaves the Breeze360 software unusable for our organization. - The Bio-metric Time Clocks provided raised suspicions due to the Chinese writing on the face of the device along with no visible MAC address or model number on the packaging or equipment. This required our company to contact the manufacturer ZKTeco (USA) to confirm the unites were not counterfeit. ZKTeco (USA) advised the serial numbers on each Bio-metric Time Clock provided by Software Techniques did not match any units procured through their USA or UK Headquarters. ZKTeco could not verify the serial numbers and suggested the units were probably manufactured/procured directly from China. ZKTeco further advised that they only source equipment made in Taiwan and do not source any equipment made in China. When brought to Software Techniques attention they could not confirm the legitimacy of the time clocks. This determination left the Bio-metric Time Clocks unsuited for installation by our organization. Our company now had both software and time clocks that could not be used.

Customer service is excellent!

PROS

I like the PTO tracking and the customer service.

CONS

Sometimes it is glitchy. Employees have complained that when they punch in sometimes, it doesn't "take".

Can't do without time management

Employees have access to reports, PTO, and transparent way to request time off for all.

PROS

Accurate reports to input payroll. PTO requesting and quick to deny or approve. Easy to see who is available. And at a reasonable cost. Easy to clock in and off from their workstation.

CONS

1-setup terminology sometimes confusing. 2-sometimes not real ease to get hold of support ..... if you are in a hurry and need to defuse potential issues (time clock issues may cause doubt with employees). They do not want you "screwing with their pay!!" 3- wish it would address the auto industry time management (flat rate flag per jobs. Track production time, stop time, wait time, expense time) out of the box.

Cost, better adaptability, for salary, flat rate pay and hourly employees, Reports, PTO. Simple use.

Seamless upgrade

So far so good. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] walked us through the upgrade. She was competent, responsive, informative and patient. I could not ask for a better experience. I was expecting some negative feedback from employees (there always is when you change something), but I have received only positive, or none (always a good thing).

PROS

We have been using SoftTime Online. This product was an easy transition for the employees.

CONS

It seems to be a little slow sometimes. I only really notice this when I am working outside of the office.

This was recommended to us because SoftTime Online will eventually not be supported, and we received a discount for upgrading this year.

Breeze 360

We stop manual leave tracking. This system has improved our time tracking

With this software we are able to track and run reports easily.

Easy to use

PROS

I can easily clock-in/ out from my desk or my phone which I am happy about. I can also request time-off fast, and my supervisor responds within the day.

CONS

Sometimes I had to wait for my computer to load before I can log in, turns out my computer is laggy. So it wasn't the app. So far, I am very happy with it.

Breeze 360

It works good for bigger companies and different features.

PROS

We really liked the Softtime we had before breeze 360. Easier to use for our purposes

CONS

Had more to offer than we needed. We don't use a lot of the features you have to offer.

Breeze 360

I'm still learning the new features that I didn't have with Softtime and I haven't launched it to the whole firm yet. Support has been great!

PROS

The geofencing and ee's ability to request clock-in location is great. Overall I like the product so far.

CONS

The only feature that I wish Breeze 360 included that it doesn't have is a timesheet. Maybe I need more training, but the clock-in clock-out options could have more features.

Breeze time clock review

PROS

Set up from old system to new system was easy. Add and terminate employees easy.

CONS

The most annoying product I have used to date. Does not always record employee punches. System auto corrects date to beginning of work week (sometimes).

The Training Manual doesn't seem to cover everything, but since I am a long-time user, I mostly figured it out.

Simple and Easy

been using it for years and once the accrual rules for PTO have been setup it is very easy to use.

We print the calendar weekly for the receptionist to see easily who is on/out of the office

Revising from manual policies to vacation accrual policies

Very good, customer support is very helpful when needed.

PROS

Interface is good and the flow from various options is well designed. The product generates data that is needed on a regular basis and the input process is easy.

CONS

Some reporting capacities could be enhanced with better output options. For example, page break option for reports so they can be distributed to employees as needed.

PROS

It's cost effective for our needs. Also, customer support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is AMAZING!!!!!!

CONS

Not super user friendly. The lack of consistency (accruals go out to 3 digits beyond decimal, but users can only see 2 decimals. This makes rounding a problem. I also don't like that there's no user manual.
