Pros
- I liked the set up for evaluations. I feel like there were areas that could be used to motivate employees and get the right people involved on approvals and moving forward with raises.
- I've used this for its various applications internally for my company and its a great tool if you know how to use it. I can see it being great for Universities just from my own perspective.
Cons
- Difficult to navigate and users find it very frustrating to use.
- Something terrible is the administrator experience, the difficulty and clicks to configure something. Other platforms let you massively upload information, and a lot of Cornerstone doesn't.
Pros
- Interaction with others on our team is easy to conduct and take action, respond. Reporting to client is clean and efficient.
- When you post your role and integrate it with your careers site, the job posting looks very clean. This will do the job if you don't have to do high volume recruiting.
Cons
- The search tool can sometimes be very aggravating. If I search for an individual/candidate's name, the system takes too long to process and pull something up or sometimes it doesn't pull anything up.
- In many cases, one would think that is one day, but they work on 8 hour days, which equates to 3 business days, unacceptable.
