At this point, it is in building teamwork to iron out unnecessary obstacles to staff from working well together.

It wasn't just me; my client users were all in agreement that the accuracy of Discover was right up there. The ease of use and the speed of use were selling factors. Another most key point was the support from the Discover team. They are always ready to help wherever there is a need.

At this point, honestly? It's hard to think of a point I like least. It's a good tool to help an organization understand how personality aspects work in communication and collaboration to bring about increase in productivity and profitability of the organization.

The softeware is absolutely amazing, easy to use and it addresses all the relevant aspects of an individual's behavior work styles. It is a prerequisite on all our training Programmes & Workshops for Soft Skills as well as recruiting.

I really cannot find fault of the software.

The graphics of the gamified version can be better

I loved the gamification of psychometric assessments, I really liked the in-depth questions and responses, I liked the reporting, the set-up of the quiz was very functional and quite easy to set up

I think the interface can be a bit better (though I haven’t seen the latest version that was just launched, as I understand it comes with better interface)

It was an amazing experience. Looking forward to taking more assessment to understand the evolution of my personality.

I love how it could break your personality down and reveal your flaws in an instant.
