I have had a good experience using EasyShifts. I was not part of the initial set up of the program, but all the features I use are very user friendly.

It is easy to teach new employees to use and truely and "easy" schedule program to use. It is also handy that there is an app for employees to download and the feature of the employee tab, where they can see their coworkers phone number and email if they need to contact them.

That I cannot delete a member that is set up in advance that ended up not being hired.

Has helped with work life balance. Help pages are invaluable and training to use was amazing.

Ease of use. Staff can pick up and trade shifts without having to contact scheduler every time. Puts responsibility on staff to take part in their schedules. Helps with work like balance due to logs and messages knowing what and who changed something on days off.

Could use an option to pull a daily schedule and a report on staffing levels.

Good, the team made set-up easy and the nurses seem satisfied.

You can not see anyone else's schedule. Therefore, many FTE double book.

I love that we don't need to re-create the schedule every week/month. The templates are built and you just make any changes or edits to the template versus re-doing the whole thing. I love that employees can access from their phones, home or at work.

It was a little tedious to learn, and I wish there was a better way of adding staff to multiple sites versus one by one.

Easyshifts allows everyone to be held accountable for their own pay as well as vacation time off and entering PTO. I am satisfied with the way it works, the functionality of it, and the ease of use.

Nothing I can think of at the moment; Easyshifts is doing what we want it to.

The set up was quick and the customer support was constantly involved from the front end.

It doesn't connect with our payroll software which would have been nice to account for tardiness and absenteeism.

It has been an amazing upgrade from paper. The employees also enjoy the power to control their options of picking up open shifts because they can see them on their own.

I like the live changes to keep everyone updated at once. I also like the bulk scheduling option.

The mobile version and how the screen freezes when scrolling and trying to view the schedule on a small screen. Always have to go back a page/screen and reenter the schedule view.

I love how easy it is to maintain a block schedule and make adjustments on the fly with EasyShifts.

My only suggestion would be to add more function to the app. Right now users can only see their individual schedule via the app - to view the entire facility schedule they have to use the website. Viewing the entire schedule helps with trading shifts to ensure coverage.

Consult was informative, to the point, help center and training is so effective with quick video tutorials, staff engagement was immediate as it is easy to understand and the app works great so no frustration, the integration with our labor task software is amazing at helping us assign proper labor hours

So Easy! - one click changes that auto populate an open shift list -the app is simple & easily understood by staff & everyone is fully engaged with no frustration -employee availability/time off quickly adjusts schedule to set shifts to open - again basically a one click change instead of time sucking spreadsheets/documents -all staff see the same data at the same time, changes are instant

Overally this has been a huge improvement from our paper calendar. It is easy for emplyoees to see the open shifts and pick them up. Managers and schedulers can view and edit the schedule for their cell phones, and employees have the most updated version on their schedule on demand.

Mobile access to a live schedule. All employees have access to view open shifts, the schedule, and can trade their own shifts. As a scheduler, the ability to enter a template and automatically enter time off requests is efficient. Customer service is great, especially when it came to entering our original templates.

Cannot view an entire pay period or month when creating the schedule. Employees cannot see other employees vacation requests- which has made us have a separate vacation request calendar for our department.

We are pleased and have been satisfied with the custormer service.

Staff love access to their schedule and to have the ability to change their schedule when needed. Easyshifts has made it easier to put the schedule out for a longer period so employees have more notice so they can schedule personal appointments and events. We also have an electronic tracking of all changes made by employees or the scheduler.

I wish I could force notices to certain groups and not all employees.

Overall experience with EasyShifts had been remarkable and very satisfying.

EasyShifts is clearly the most intuitive and efficient scheduling platform that meets the need of team members regardless of their level in an organization.

There is nothing "least" about EasyShifts.

The support team at EasyShift has been very responsive and helpful. I wish we would have started using it sooner.

The ability for all staff to be working from the most current schedule at all times. Also, like that it is available 24x7 on line and via mobile app.

It's been a huge culture shift to move from a paper schedule to a dynamic on-line schedule.

This software has really cut down on the hours spent by my manager in completing payroll and scheduling.

This software is very easy to use and to train new users on. I have staff with little technology skills who were able to pick up the use of this product with no issues. I like that the software is accessible through a mobile app which makes it very user friendly for my staff who only have access to smart phones.

The reporting tools are not as concise as I would like them to be. I feel I have to do some manual work to find out statistics I am looking for

EasyShifts was easy to set up and transition to. It is so much more convenient for staff to be able to view from home and pick up open shifts/ put their shifts up for grabs. Easyshifts works with you to make your schedule customizable to your company/ department needs.

Printing options for printing out department schedules is not ideal, but can be done.

Very easy to implement. Very efficient. Very cost effective.

My favorite part of EasyShifts is using the Template Schedule. It makes creating a schedule so much more efficient. The Time Off portion of EasyShifts is also very helpful. EasyShifts will not let Admin schedule an employee when they have approved Time Off during that timeframe.

There are changes to the schedule several times a day. I wish there was a way that not all notifications of schedule changes would show up for all employees to see. For instance, if I change my hours of work later this week, I wish there was a way that not all employees could see that in their notifications but could only see it on the schedule.

I like the layout as it is easy to see the different shifts and who is working.

It is frustrating that you do not know who all is on a message that is sent to you on there...as well as if you send it to all users, that it comes up individually in your outbox.

I think that they did an excellent job of setting things up - all the work in getting the various units and entering everyone's names, positions - profile was super helpful. Working with us about the visual of using colors to separate the units was appreciated.

I think that the customer service is the most valuable things. [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful and accessible to help trouble shoot things. The videos he directs us to are very helpful

It not that I don't like it - but the DON is having trouble getting a master schedule created so it has been kind of time consuming.
