Because our programming is therapeutic in nature, but designed to be implemented by non-clinical staff, it is imperative that we test each staff candidate for emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities in addition to job-specific skills like Microsoft Office. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up our account and get started with testing. When I had questions about which tests we should use for the roles we were hiring for, my account rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The post test reporting surfaced insights that absolutely helped us narrow down the candidate pool, so we didn't waste time and money interviewing the wrong people. So far, the money invested in using EmployTest, has saved us thousands. It gives us an ideal of their skill set and what they can bring to our organization. I dont like that we get an overview of results and we aren't able to see exactly what people answered.
