"It's brilliant value for money as the man hours saved on scheduling and payroll more than pay for the fees we pay."

"Also, I would prefer a discount for annual membership and The pricing structure has a major gap between the free plan (for 5 users) and the next paid tier, which forces small teams (7-10 people) to significantly overpay for licenses they don't need."
