"The reward redemption process was straightforward, and I appreciated the flexibility it offers recipients. While I think there is room for improvement in areas like advanced reporting and customization for larger organizations, my overall impression was that Guusto delivers a simple, reliable, and engaging recognition experience that supports a positive workplace culture."

"Guusto is amazing since you can provide gift cards to staff and they can determine what company they would like the gift card for they are also able to split up the gift card."

"It does not indicate which merchants are currently having issues with redeeming gift cards until you have gone through the entire selection/redemption process, leaving your rewards stuck with that merchant until customer service reinstates the value to your account, which they do so quickly, but it can be quite worrisome if it is happening to you for the first time."

"The only issue I had was that I received the gift with a company email but wanted to create an account with my personal email so I would be able to use it with other people in my life and I couldn't as the gift was assigned to my company email."
