The test is cost-effective, easy to administer and easy to take for each candidate. Most candidates appreciate that we share their results with them. We rarely share the results with our clients, but we do use the strong descriptors to differentiate similar candidates. For example, "all three candidates have the talent, skill, knowledge and experience to do the job; Peter is the most extroverted, Paul is the most organized, and Mary is the most adaptable." #### Cons The report is geared to suggested relevant questions for the hiring interviews. That is great. As most products we had a few bumps on our start up but we worked them out with Support in the first few weeks. Support helped us review our options and our Recruiting Team is now enjoying using the software.
