The portal for employees to access their timesheet is a really nice service as is the notification emails to administrators when certain actions occur.

The last thing I want from a time sheet application is to have it wasting my time.

It is not so intuitive and simple for the administrator to add work code, leave codes/policies.

It is easy to set up, it is easy to administer, and it is easy and intuitive for staff to use.

Some of the features of this software is unstable. For example, some of the sub jobs available to choose from for timekeeping but suddenly disappeared which costs headaches.

The best features for us include vacation and PTO balances and tracking.

HTS makes it easy to collect timesheets and the interface with QuickBooks is seamless. Our employees can use mobile apps to quickly enter hours, PTO requests.

Previous project information was not carry over to next pay period. I need to select the project and billing code in every payroll cycle.

It's user friendly and the seamless transition from time keeping , to payroll, and to invoicing.

Hour Timesheet has been extremely easy to use. We have close to 40 employees and are growing at a rapid pace.

The software was easy to setup and integrate with Quick Books. Employees were able to use with minimal training, very intuitive.

Overall I like the ease of use with Hour Timesheet, the customer service is great and my issues are addressed very quickly. I like that the employee find it very easy to use as well.

I like how easy it is to add new leave policies and assign them to employees. The audit trail of how hours are accumulated and used is also very helpful.

The login feature needs to be fixed. There is no reason to lock someone out.

Our experience has been really great with Hour Timesheet. The customer service is superb and they have helped us through every step with ease.

Bit of a steep learning curve (although easy after that). Slightly clunky on a phone (especially in a poor signal area).

I like the integration with Quickbooks to add employees, charge codes, etc. I like the easiness of using the timesheet and app for the employees, it is not complicated.

The fact that anyone can clock in and out with ease via internet or app is awesome.

The edit mode when adjusting a time clock period was confusing and glitchy. I had a hard time adjusting times of breaks or correcting times.

Inability to track system in-activity and GEO Fencing for different Regions in world.

From a IT standpoint, Humanity is good scheduling app. It has a few issues from time to time, for overall satisfied with the application.

I love that you are able to easily perform any of your schedule tasks, while being able to ask questions to other peers within the same product.

When you trade, Humanity automatically swaps your shifts. It is very easy to use and has great functionality.

The interface is really easy to navigate and understand as you manage your schedules.

However, their service client is horrible. We have been with Humanity over 5 years now.

Easy to use; lower cost; fantastic customer support; great value; robust; flexible.

It would also be best if it could integrate with Team Dynamics, an ITSM product we have adopted for the Computer Services Department at the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Nothing that I can say is a negative about humanity.

This is expertly comprehensive without being overwhelming. It provides an incredible easy scheduling platform that is clear for everyone.

It is extremely easy to pick up and use, and it allows employees to have a greater freedom over their shifts through the ability to trade.

Though not the most intuitive, it is not too complicated either. We decided to give it a try because we are after some good scheduling tool for our small organization.

Allows us to quickly build schedules and move things round like building blocks. It also has a great system for keeping track of time cards.

Humanity has a very clean and simple user interface that makes it super easy to use. After using other apps to try mobile clock-ins, Humanity is definitely the best option out there that I've tried.

Ability to upload multiple shifts at once. Message board is a good way to communicate with employees you don't cross paths with often.

Really easy to use, nice app and the notifications are really handy that you get a reminder when you need to work.

It maybe a setting the Admin missed but as a user I'm provided false info.

FANTASTIC customer support. All of our staff from Executive Director to seasonal staff love it.
