I will say, even though we no longer have the direct inbound phone line, you can usually schedule a call within 15 minutes hwne you use the "Request a Call" button in the Help menu or from the Chat Bubble. I do have a few tips for finding older hires in the system: First, I would recommend moving them to the Hired Stage using the stages dropdown menu from the candidate list. This will also allow the system to track their hire date for you so you never have to worry about forgetting! You canalso add Tags from the Candidate list such as "Hired" and this would provide just another way to filter and search throughout that Hired stage.
