IDfy, are they actually up 99%?

You cannot rely just on IDfy if you have document or identity verification task. Because it's not 90% rather I'll say 60-70% uptime and correctness

PROS

Their API documentation and their sales team.

CONS

There up time and reliability is bad. OCR gives incorrect data, sometimes aadhaar is down.

Great for OCR and Verification

My experience with IDfy has been good. I've been using it for over three years now, and it has significantly reduced manual work by automatically clearing the majority of IDs.

PROS

What I liked most about IDfy is its quick OCR capability, allowing for swift document scanning and extraction. The verification process, especially from government departments, is also speedy and efficient. Moreover, the support from the IDfy team has been consistently good.

CONS

However, the OCR quality could be improved to ensure better accuracy and reliability in document processing

Background verification

I personally handle the BGV with IDFY and till date i have never faced any issue with the portal it is pretty much self explanatory and easy to use.

Had a great experience from day one of the introduction of products and features available to the post-integration support. They do not walk away once the agreement is signed, instead make sure that you are supported whenever there is a requirement

A one-stop solution provider for all your verification and onboarding process. Great documentation and support in every stage of integration and POC. No false promises and will always abide by the legal rules.

CONS

Comparatively pricy which is expected with great quality, will try to pitch the other products always

Everything is good but the accuracy can be a little better

The APIs work fine most of the time and the integration was also smooth.

The servers stop sometimes and we get cached data instead of real time. Just fix this and everything will be fine.
