I needed to have a background check done for employment one day, about 6 months ago. And when I used this software, for one, they NEVER told me of my payment disclosure, and amount. Then, when I did finaly receive the report, it had nothing of ANY use on it. The customer service rep that I got in touch with over the phone, tolod me that it says things in the fine print. They do this to make a quick dollar, and I do not find this fair at all.

How sneaky they are about getting your money. It's almost disgusting.

I'm a residential house cleaner I also do any sorts of maintenance or request needed in the home. Using this software gave me the inside needed to be able to trust my employees the way that my customers trust me.

Although the software was accurate it was out of date I need both to put my name on the line when going into a home. Oh and let's not forget there is no trial!

Over all it has its merits and it's flaws like any soft ware but there are much better programs out there with higher accuracy that I would use first before using this again

What I liked best is that this software will pull up all relevant information for employers and even the general public.

What I don't like about this software is their ability to pull up outdated or even exponged records and include them in their report s which can result in misleading information being presented.

Hit-or-miss option to quickly check the background of a candidate. Should not be relied on for a comprehensive or conclusive background check, but it can be a quick way to see if it's worth the time to run a full one.

Quick to use, depending on the person/background it can be an easy way to see if there might be an issue on their background.

It does not seem to be accurate and pulls too broad of a search into the results. If a candidate has a common name or multiple relatives, the results seem to get confused about who you are actually searching for.

It's easy to get a background check and phone numbers for someone and fairly accurate information.

The data can be out of date and it can be very expensive to run just one background. Also it can be difficult to cancel.

Overall my experience was pretty positive when they overcharged. I called customer service and they were very helpful and friendly. They were to fix the program right away and the money went back into my account immediately.

I used this app to do a background check on my tenants for the property that I rent out.I found it to very helpful and I got fast results for the background checks.

The only con that I had was that I did one day free trial and they ended up charging me for a month instead of a free trial.

I enjoyed using it and found out a lot about the guy I was investigating.

That I could find out about a guy I was dating from an online dating site. Most of the info was accurate but some was wrong. The guy and his father had similar names so some facts were mixed. I did get to see a little one f his character like he didn’t pay his taxes.

The inaccurate facts like last names, married name and madden name mixed up. The important summary of facts could be available at the beginning of the enter instead of spread out through the different categories.

I needed to search for a single person. After that search I searched myself. It missed so much in regards to professional licenses and DEA license, firearm license, etc. In addition, even with an exact location and birthdate, almost half of the data was incorrect. It is a useless product unless it is free in which case it may help the general public in some cases. Complete waste of money.

The site looks like it might not be a legit service, but it is. The user interface design could use some updates in order to make it look more legit. But it does have a Norton logo, so you do know that you can trust it.

I would not recommend this software for a company. Quite a bit of the information is incorrect or outdated. I prefer not to have to wade through and try to determine what information is correct.

This is a scam company. They made my initial charge a recurring charge without my authorization and knowledge. The information they will give you is absurdly minimal and obsolete when using their services. A waste of time and money. Like other rip-off businesses, they charge you through PayPal, which is not a credit card, and will not refund your money in this type of situation.
