"It offers a robust, all-in-one HCM platform that has allowed us to streamline payroll, benefits, and employee management into a single system. Once the setup and initial learning curve are behind you, the system becomes a powerful tool for automating processes and reducing manual effort."

"This is also great program to have new users in Human Resourcing. When implementing new features too is short notice."

"For example a new performance module was just rolled out in the payroll system under the performance management tab, and there have been a fair share of hiccups in terms of the functionality of this area of the system such as some screens not loading or managers not showing as part of a review even though they are assigned to an employee."

"Our transfer paperwork had a "terms and conditions" link that has a 1-year auto-renew buried in it, so we missed our termination by 60 days and have to pay 10 months of services."

"The release notes can be a bit vague. While the content of the release is good, the context and logic can be confusing."
