I’ve been using Jibble2 to manage a small team of technicians (started with 2, now up to 5), and overall it’s been a solid experience. One of the biggest positives is how easy it is to set up and grow your team. Adding new technicians or removing ones who’ve moved on is quick and straightforward, which makes managing changes painless. The technicians picked up the app pretty quickly, clocking in and out is simple, and I really like the geofence feature that ensures they’re actually on-site. The photo capture when clocking in is also a nice accountability feature. On the downside, there are a few usability things that could be improved. As a salaried manager, I don’t need to track my own time, but I still show up in the timesheets, which feels unnecessary.
