However, for managers who need to verify staff onsite working hours, Jibble could be a useful tool. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Functionality: 1/5 #### Pros I like Jibble when it is functioning correctly. When it functions correctly, it is relatively easy to sign in and out of a shift, and it clocks hours reliably and easily. The hours count is the most helpful function of Jibble for me, as it helps verify that my work hours are correct on my payslips. #### Cons Unreliable functions. Often Jibble will not recognise my face, which makes photo verification difficult, and can take a long time. I additionally often have issues with Jibble not recognising my location - again delaying my clock in time, and often forcing me to close and reopen the app multiple times. Finally, I no longer clock in and out of Breaks, as multiple times Jibble has not successfully registered my Clock In or Clock Out of Breaks - causing my overall hours to be entirely incorrect. It would also be beneficial to have a 'total hours worked' section which could calculate total hours clocked in between a selected time period - this would be a super helpful function for me. I also recall that connecting into a workplace when first installing the app was a long and challenging process for both employees and managers. #### Reasons for switching to Jibble Management decision. But we sent it a different way and it went through. I particularly like that everything related to attendance and working hours is available in one place. We can easily apply for leaves, check holidays, see how many hours we have worked, and even track the breaks we have taken. One of the features I find really useful is the geolocation functionality. If I’m working from home, Jibble can automatically identify my location, and when I’m working from the office, it recognizes that as well, so I don’t have to manually update it every time. Overall, Jibble is a simple and practical solution for managing attendance, working hours, breaks, and leaves without making the process complicated. In our office, we were able to remove the traditional biometric device that was installed at the entrance. Employees can simply clock in and clock out using the Jibble mobile app, which makes the process much more convenient. It’s simple, quick, and saves us from depending on a physical biometric machine for attendance. #### Cons Sometimes the clock-in and clock-out doesn’t work as expected, especially if someone forgets to clock out the previous day. When we come in the next day and try to clock in or clock out, it occasionally doesn’t register until we refresh the app and try again. Another improvement I would like to see is automatic clock-in and clock-out based on geolocation. For example, when an employee enters or leaves the office location, Jibble could automatically record the attendance instead of requiring a manual punch. This could also be useful for tracking breaks, as some employees forget to manually clock in or out when they go on a break. These are relatively small improvements, but fixing them would make the overall experience even smoother.
