The reports we get also can be prepared for specific use cases that are helpful in making decisions. Cons: We're currently being able to use the tool to it's best possibility in the free version. The free version supports 'projects' as a a category over 'activity'. It would be great to be able to add in additional activities within each project by the users instead of the admin, so that there's more flexibility for the team to report their hours.
