User friendly ATS!
JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking system that I have used so far. It is user friendly. It has a build in database of resume inside the system. You can do sourcing inside the ATS, and you can save boolean search for each job order. They have a very unique seach filters. You can be too specific with the number of years of experience. The best part is that you can do an email blast upto 250 emails to the candidates within data base. It makes my job easy. I'll simply send email blast before I get off to work, then check my email the next day. Then booom! You will see replies from those candidates showing interest on your email blast. Jobdiva is the only ats that I know that has this feature.
CONSOver all jobdiva is really a great applicant tracking system. It's hard to think of anything that needs improvement. Probably just the user interface - the font and the color.

Akken was no longer being a partner and their method of doing business was chasing away their integrators that we relied on. There were too many issues that were traced back to their business practices and we no longer wanted that risk.Bullhorn was too expensive with very small ROI. There wasn't buy-in.JobDiva wanted to partner from the beginning and went out of their way to showcase their product and show us how they could help us grow.

Has potential
JobDiva has a lot of features that they'll sell you on. On their face, these seem really great! Well I'm here to tell you that they're either not, or they straight up don't work. You end up paying for a database with good reporting mechanisms. Which is fine! But not worth what they charge you.
PROSJobDiva has great reporting functions so it is easy to track your team's metrics and identify areas for improvement. They are highly customizable, anything from the dashboard to the templates can be catered to your needs. The system itself is very easy to learn/teach to new team members.
CONSAny and every synchronization is riddled with bugs and rarely works without a hitch. The "harvester" technology is good for filling your database with trash resumes you didn't want. JobDiva's synchronization with our posting boards didn't allow for same-day job postings and ended up crashing anyway. Customer service will respond that your issue is fixed when it clearly isn't. Emails would randomly not send because of outlook sync issues. We had the service for almost two years before they came up with a palatable job portal. Perhaps the most maddening thing is how often your customer rep will tell you how well these features work for other companies when they are fritzing out on you. Is this supposed to make me feel better? It's also completely unsubstantiated.

Satisfying all recruitment requirements
We can easily obtain data from recruiters, such as how many submissions they have made and how many candidates have been submitted and hired by a company. The advantages are that it is a one-stop solution for all of my team members, and we can see if someone has already reached the candidate or the candidate's status. Employee A-Z necessary details are available, and we can add or remove details as needed.
PROSOne of the most user-friendly ATSs I've encountered in my recruitment career. It can be combined with almost any application, such as Linkedin or calling apps. We are a staffing agency, and we use this ATS to submit candidates. In JobDiva, we enter candidate information. A large database and simple talent search meet all recruiting needs; we can post notes about the candidate's status and show activities such as submissions and interviews.
CONSThere are few options for updating resume information or marking candidates as unavailable. The filters could be more effective, such as when we need junior or senior candidates in particular. It's a simple, graphic-free themed ATS, but that makes it faster and more dependable with content.

Just scratching the surface
Very good. Would recommend to other companies.
PROSThere are a lot of features that we have not even started to use yet. JobDiva has so much available that it makes it easy to custom fit to any companies needs. Customizability has been great and makes it easy to change things as our company's process grows. Customer service has been spot on and very responsive. They are always kind even if my questions seem trivial.
CONSLearning how to run reports and build dashboards was a bit difficult and sometimes takes longer to build a report than I expect. Could be user error though.

Tool with a lot of complications
It has been used for a long time for both nearshore and offshore recruiting processes. It has a lot of errors, and most of the time, recruiters are forced to double check that their changes have been saved.
PROSIt allows the recruiter to add different type of notes, tasks, and relevant details of the candidate's process.
CONSIt will not always save the information, it is not that reliable. It will not allow two people to use the same credentials at the same time.It will let duplicate applicants to pop-in

A Near-Perfect Solution for the Staffing Industry
Aside from ease of use for sales, recruiting, and back office staff, the most advantageous and unique feature of JobDiva is the custom BI Reporting for the aforementioned teams and executive management.
CONSI anxiously await features to enhance CRM for the sales team and customization for billable holiday, PTO, and PSL pay.

I sell staffing solutions and recruit so I utilize both the CRM and ATS side. I utilize all the features daily,
PROSJobDiva allows you to comment easily and see what other sales people and recruiters have done with both clients and candidates. This software actually works equally well on both the CRM and ATS side.
CONSI dont like if you enter an event with a client it doesnt show in the notes and you have to enter a note as well. Also it would be helpful if you could run a report to see which clients and candidates had been contacted in the last 30 days and which hadnt.

I changed companies but if I was in a position to make that decision I would recommend JobDiva.

JobDiva: Master in ATS with few areas of improvement
I have been working on this system for almost 3 years and I must admit that I am still learning new things now and then but as compared to other systems in the market, I would still go for JobDiva as it is a wholesome product for all my work needs.
PROSJobDiva is a cloud-based Human Resource software solution, which is designed for mid to large sized organizations. This software provides features like applicant tracking, maintaining applicant pipeline and managing talent seamlessly. It also offers VMS/MSP solutions. JobDiva is the complete package for a staffing and recruitment companies, which serve the requirement at each level including-Recruitment, on boarding, HR Documentation and Payroll. They have an online training available which we use for all new users. It helps in keeping a trach on the company’s performances by generating reports categorically Active, Rehired, Terminated, On-Bench etc. They also provide the reminder if someone’s assignment is approaching an end or you can get the alerts about birthdays and anniversaries. They also keep an inventory of the data wherein you can update the expiration of various important documents and set an alarm about the same. It assists in maintaining the date of our Client, Vendors, and Suppliers, Contractors as well as the internal employees. There is so much to offer for all departments. The payroll team can collect timesheets and generate financial reports using the ‘Back Office’ tools.
CONSThere are few cons that I have encountered using JobDiva: 1. JobDiva does not provide a prior notice before their system undergoes maintenance 2. The speed at which the pages buffer could be better. Sometimes it taken longer than usual when transition from one to second happens 3. Some of the features are not completely compatible when it comes to working with our payroll system. I cannot comment on it otherwise but there is not perfect compatibility with our system 4. It is a complex system and takes time and training to operate it better

An awesome resource for staffing and recruiting!
It is a very user friendly applicant tracking system. For the most part it's easy to train new employees on using the system, which is great for our industry. When looking at a contact or candidate page, I feel there could be less amount of tiny clickable icons, the fact that there are so many and are just images and not descriptions makes it hard for new folks to remember right away, but overall its the second best ATS I've worked with in my 10 years in this industry.

CONSI feel like there could be easier ways to look up a candidate other than name or phone number, the ability to look someone up by entering their social would help also once we place someone it would be nice if they automatically fell off any hotlist you had them on so you knew they were no longer available. The ability to save templates and send out bulk emails would be nice. Like for my current clients, if I could have them all on a hot list and be able to select from different templates I've created like (how are things going, or don't forget about open enrollment, ect ) would be extremely time saving and convenient!

Recruitment Must-have
The overall experience has been very positive and it has made me more efficient, but there still are things which need to be improved before it can become a one-stop shop for a recruiter.
PROSThe ability to share notes and saved emails alone on every candidate is tantamount to a conflict management tool in a team set up plus a personal assistant keeping a log of what you need to do and have already done, improving efficiency vastly. The analytics provided insights that I had not even imagined could be useful to me, have changed the way I approach each part of my job. The ability to see all the available resumes is not just a big saving but also a huge efficiency booster. In addition its only improving for example the recently added RTS tool makes sure I don't spend the most important 2 hours of my day on one portal only to realise that the best candidates were on the other one, missing out on them.
CONSThe agent search is not as good as monsters agent search, not even close, so the RTS although efficient will never be a real replacement to portals. Also the ability to grade candidate on their match with the boolean string is absent and we are limited to chronological order, that often means that although you have in front of you the candidates you are most likely to find interested in a new job, they might not be the best match for your requirement.

Best all in one ATS with best features
Recruitment speed gets faster once you know the Job Diva, it has multiple options for a single feature that makes the work easier on a daily basis.
PROSStarting from tracking the calendar to fetching the reports, Job Diva has all the features in it. Candidate hot list is one of my favorite feature as we can make our own database in it, so no need of making folders in outlook or preparing the excel sheets with the details of candidates. Email merging is good but only till the time we use it very professionaly and very very technically. Features like harvesting the profile as per the strings saved and getting the matched candidates directly on the mail box is a great feature, I have used this feature on different ATS but Job Diva has the best in it.
CONSOne of the biggest cons of it that we feel is the filter options, qualifications are updated manually by opening single profile and updating in it, if possible at the time of harvesting along with Resume if Qualification Status can be updated automatically at the time of Harvesting/ Fetching from the Portals itself.

JobDiva
It is a tool that was useful but I have used other ATS systems that were less laborious.
PROSI used this in my previous role and it was extremely seamless and integrated with all the 3 rd party search engines we used like DICE, Monster etc. It would auto populate any resumes we opened on these portals and add it to our database saving us clicks the next time.
CONSIt was very cumbersome to have the call notes and the resume was always out of format.
