Excellent experience and customer support. Loxo saves me time and budget by eliminating the need for expensive job boards or sourcing tools. It integrates everything into their user-friendly platform, making recruiting fast and easy, even across time zones. It's a great investment, saving money, time and effort with effective integrations and AI support.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5

- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I like that everything in Loxo is fully integrated and user-friendly, making processes like emails, outreach, updating and sourcing candidates fast and easy. It's great that everything is on one screen instead of using multiple apps and websites. The platform saves me time and budget as I'm not wasting money on massive job boards and advertising anymore, since I can do my headhunting more effectively with Loxo and its sourcing tool. The user-friendliness makes life much easier since I don't have to contact support for everything, though the support is great if needed. The integration allows setting up outreach searches and tasks outside regular hours, which is super helpful as I recruit across multiple time zones. The setup was quite easy and smooth; they organised my first onboarding session right away, and the team was always available. The technical side and integrations with phone and email worked well, and adjustments could be made easily according to my needs. Overall, Loxo has been more user-friendly, lighter, and tech-integrated with AI and advanced tools, saving me money by replacing expensive sourcing platforms.

#### Cons

No dislikes so far.

#### Reasons for choosing Loxo

It started off great. Great sales person. Great onboarding person. But as we began to try to REALLY get into the software, we needed tech support that was just too slow to respond. We also realized that the helpful features that we were excited about were not flexible enough to meet our basic needs. Reporting, sales tracking, etc. just sub-par.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 2/5

#### Pros

Using Loxo was an improvement over the antiquated ATS that we were using before. The modern look and promised features easily lured us away from PCR!

#### Cons

We started noticing that all the features that initially intrigued us were not actually built into the app itself. Calls and texts required third party integrations for example. Loxo Source sounded great but seems lacking. The tech support continues to decline and disappoint. We've started our 2nd year with Loxo but I'm already looking for an alternative.

#### Reasons for choosing Loxo

Better demo and promised features that we were excited to use.

#### Reasons for switching to Loxo

We needed something better that provided a quicker more modern interface.

Solid C+. Customer service is mainly AI driven, but figured out the work around, my customer service requests will go to a human if I add a screen shot, and state that in subject. Price increases and under delivers in CRM function and formatting resumes. Not worth the coin

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

The connection and searchability it has with Linkedin. ATS portion of LOXO is strong. Web site connection was convenient

#### Cons

Where LOXO Misses the Mark for My Team, sharing to help and hope LOXO fixes I have been in recruitment a long time and know what works in the real world. LOXO has some strengths, but there are fundamental issues that make it frustrating to use day to day. They need a senior recruiter who has actually used the system for a year or more to audit it properly. CRM Feels bolted on, not a core part of the platform Automated campaigns are limited and clunky Makes proper client management and BD harder than it should be Resume Formatting Word resumes get butchered and lose formatting PDFs are fine, but most resumes come in as Word Constant rebranding and reformatting required before sending to clients Interview notes and candidate summaries also lose formatting Output looks like sloppy cut and paste work Client Delivery Forced branded resume format looks like a LinkedIn profile with a watermark Does not look professional and reflects poorly with clients Formatting is unreliable My team often sends resumes and notes through Outlook instead of LOXO Printing and Document Handling No direct printing from LOXO Every resume must be downloaded to a PC first Small issue, but it adds up fast and clutters storage Job Posting and Integrations Weak results from job board postings, especially free boards Integrations feel clunky and half baked Integrations are expensive for the value provided Implementation Implementation lead was smart but not a recruiter Lacked understanding of real recruiting workflows Came across as smug during integration This shows in how the system is designed and rolled out Pricing Very expensive for what the platform delivers, w/ 5% increases every yr and high integration costs, transferring my old DB was a shit show and rushed to review it, but the errors showed up months after- too late at that point to get them to fix unless u want to pay. Automatic five percent price increases every year Overall value does not match the cost What Works ATS functionality is solid Sourcing tools are strong There is real potential if fundamentals are fixed Bottom Line The demo sold a better experience than what was delivered Core workflow, CRM, formatting, and client delivery need serious work With real recruiter input, LOXO would be ideal Right now, it is not there yet

#### Reasons for choosing Loxo

Thought the AI and sourcing would be better, the look and USER exp appeared better in LOXO, but not convinced I was right

#### Reasons for switching to Loxo

Lacked sourcing tools and lacked CRM functions

#### Vendor response

Thanks for the thoughtful, detailed review. We’re glad searchability, sourcing, and the ATS have been strong for you. We’re disappointed the overall experience didn’t match what you expected, especially in the areas you noted. We take pride in creating a simple workflow, so if something led to extra manual work for you, we're curious to understand this better. Recruiting workflows vary a lot by team, and we’re continuously improving the platform to better support the real-world ways recruiters work. If you’re open to it, we’d love to connect and take a closer look at your setup and examples so we can help resolve what’s happening and share your feedback with the right teams. Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

We had been using a legacy ATS which we had heavily customized for our High Volume RPO business over 10 years. That system was purchased and sunsetted, so we needed a new solution. Through an exhaustive search we found Loxo and were impressed by the potential of the system (it was still very new two years ago). When meeting with [sensitive content hidden] we saw his passion for developing a better system and were willing to work with him and his team to make it better. They have met and exceeded our expectations. His support and development teams are responsive, helpful and quick to solve problems while they are constantly improving the system.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5

#### Pros

Loxo is a leader in what ATS and CRM systems should be. They are constantly making improvements and adding customizable elements that make the system better every day! Their support team is always responsive and solves any issues quickly. The system is also very intuitive and user-friendly with integrated phone, text, drip marketing and sourcing ALL IN ONE!

#### Cons

We've been working with Loxo for 2 years now. We knew then that it wasn't everything we wanted because it was so new, but the potential for greatness was there! They have come a long way and are using our input to make updates that really matter!

#### Reasons for choosing Loxo

Loxo was the only tool that was intuitive and customizable enough for our High Volume RPO needs.

#### Reasons for switching to Loxo

Bullhorn stopped supporting SendOuts and the Bullhorn product did not meet our expectations

I love loxo and could not imagine recruiting without it. Recruiting is a grind, and they do a great job at making it as simple as possible. Whether it's the layout and applicant tracking features, or the lists that shave off days to fill when working on a new req. Very happy with loxo and will continue recommending it to fellow recruiters.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

My favorite thing about loxo is how user friendly it is. I am not a super btech-savy person, and loxo just makes sense. If for whatever reason there is something you can't figure out, there are countless training videos and their AI customer service bot is actually very helpful. I love how responsive the team is. If I am experiencing or have a potential idea for improvement, I can reach out to someone on linkedin and it is actually heard.

#### Cons

On occasion, some of the profiles don't update and have out of date information. I expressed this a few times with the team and they actually rolled out a feature where you are able to update a profile if you notice some of the information is missing. So great!

Loxo has completely transformed the way our team manages the recruiting process, and I can’t imagine going back to juggling multiple platforms. What stands out most is how intuitive the platform is! The learning curve is minimal, and everything just makes sense. Whether you’re a seasoned recruiter or new to the team, you can hit the ground running without a steep onboarding process.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

One of my favorite features is the way Loxo consolidates all communication in one place. Texts, emails, and call recordings are all tracked within the platform, which makes it incredibly easy to stay on top of outreach and pick up right where a colleague left off.

#### Cons

If the candidate does not have contact info, the platforms AI will try to scrape for it and it’s usually incorrect or outdated.

#### Reasons for switching to Loxo

Loxo is easier to integrate as the team grew

Extremely poor. Loxo acts as a 'spam engine' for the recruitment industry. Their outreach automation allows recruiters to bypass standard professional boundaries, resulting in constant, unsolicited pestering on personal phone numbers and emails. It is a privacy-invasive platform that prioritizes 'reach' over professional ethics and data consent.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

The user interface for the platform seems modern, but that is irrelevant when the core function of the tool is used to facilitate intrusive and unsolicited outreach.

#### Cons

The platform’s 'Loxo Source' feature seems to scrape personal contact information without consent. As a recipient, I have been bombarded with automated SMS and email sequences that feel like high-volume spam. There is clearly a lack of 'opt-out' synchronization, and the tool encourages recruiters to prioritize quantity over quality, leading to a terrible experience for anyone whose data is in their system.

Progressive, all in one platform, combining ATS, CRM and AI tools to bring technology into the recruitment sphere. The tech actually works, unlike so many of it's competitors that have integrations that are unfunctional.

#### Cons

What's not to like!? It takes some getting used to not having contacts and candidate separate but that's a familiarity thing.

The team is great.

#### Pros

Loxo uses AI which is user friendly. It is super easy to tag candidates you are looking to hire and then search hiring groups by tag, which is unique to the software.

Excellent ATS - It may look pricey, but if you add up what you get it is right in the ball park - You get - phone system, email campaigns, email and phone search lookup, LOXO source to search for candidates automatically, lots of email and automation pipeline triggers for auto emails. Reporting is adequate. Support is very strong - conversion was great and easy - we did over 80k records with no issue from PCR.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Its simplicity - Its design allows for simple navigation that is logical. You can tell it was not a patched system that was put together over the years. It is strait foreword with really simply drag and drop parsing and pipeline candidate tracking . Its source capability and ability to find email addresses and phone numbers is next generation ability beyond other ATS's. It is flexible and allows record field customization and custom forms that we have implemented for candidate intake and qualification and even job order forms. Outreach email automation is awesome. I can drip campaign hiring managers forever if I want.

#### Cons

The Mobile version is very basic. Its not really anything beyond a contact lookup. They need to improve this so that you can run your business from your phone if needed. I am told that this is coming in 2021. They also need to make the search better with facets that allow further refining a search after you use their search builder categories. If you are a Boolean Pro you can do anything in search but we are not Pro's. You cannot get voice mails on their system from the road because the mobile version is not expanded yet.

#### Reasons for choosing Loxo

Next generation and all inclusive system, phone, source, email campaigns. Lots easier to use and track candidates.

#### Reasons for switching to Loxo

Simpler and included Phone, email campaigns and Source. Also much more intuitive and easier to navigate with a great Pipeline visual system.

My experience over the past year is that the company genuinely cares about their customers and keeping them happy. Anytime I've had any technical issues, they've been on it to fix within minutes. When you make suggestions, they are very open to making improvements. What I like about Loxo is that it's a one stop for all my needs. Before I started with Loxo, I had demo's with many other systems, and while a few of them were slightly less expensive up front, they would end up costing me more due to the integrations that Loxo has to offer. For example, without Loxo I would have to have separate Job Board accounts with limited posts, would have to get an email campaign program and an autoresponder, I would have to add a texting app and pay for leads from a lead source (they provide 100 free email leads per month). I don't have the AI Jobs but is something I would like to consider adding on in the future.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

This software combines an ATS, CRM, Job Posting Tool, Candidate Tracking, Texting, Campaigns, customization, AI technology, and more. They are continually improving and making the program better and better.

#### Cons

When posting jobs, there isn't a multiple post feature or a mass edit/delete/repost option. So every two weeks when I refresh my job posts, it's a long task to refresh, close, or add new jobs one at a time. An option to mass update/post would be a great feature.

Bottom line, Loxo has been a right-sized tool/platform for our agency with everything we need to operate effectively and nothing unnecessary that is beyond efficacy for where we are at in the marketplace.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

There is nothing clunky about Loxo at all. Very user-friendly, intuitive and easy to spin up new requirements (and new clients even easier) while including as many or as few talent acquisition team members to quickly and effectively get the req into production and identify candidates through the database or capturing applicants.

#### Cons

While not something I necessarily "dislike", it would be nice to view job details for multiple jobs within a single page versus the need to open multiple tabs. Like many recruiters, my browser windows are consistently chock-full of tabs and the need to refresh pages in various tabs while supporting efforts on multiple requirements can be cumbersome. The only other suggestion would be a "preview" option or a quicker path to job details or job descriptions besides going through an edit screen.

I’ve been using the Loxo platform for some time now and I must say, it’s been an absolute game-changer. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and accurate, making it a breeze to navigate through various features and functionalities. It’s clear that a lot of thought has been put into its design to ensure a seamless user experience. What sets Loxo apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. The team is always ready to assist with any queries or issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution every time. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I acknowledge [sensitive content hidden] who jumped on a call with me to speed up my new email setup. #### Pros

Easy to use interface. The loxo Chrome attachment is awesome. It has cat my research time in half. The calling interface is really cool. The way that it tracks everything I do with a candidate. Phone calls, email, submission etc... Works really well. They are also on top of constantly updating and then letting you know what the update is and how to use it. I do not use the forms feature but it looks easy to use based on the video instructional they put out after it was released. Every new feature or update is like that. I am an old school recruiter that was just looking for a place to store resumes and have easy search features to find them later. This does that and a whole lot more. So well and easy to use that it pushed me to using a lot of features I never thought I would use. I was using BigBiller before this is head and shoulders better in everyway.

#### Cons

The mobile version is terrible!!!! Only complaint. Man it is so hard to access candidate info. I have to turn my iphone sideways and you still do not get the whole details screen.

#### Pros

Integration with outlook, the level of detail that can be included - from specific postings to individuals. Visually it is very easy to navigate. It's wonderful that we can include clients on projects and they can interact directly.

#### Cons

I wish that you could customize the stages for candidates within a job, or add stages.

Working as a solo independent recruiter I don't feel like I'm on a dessert island. Support and training always helps me feel connected.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The combination of ATS and VOIP all-in-one is great. Support is strong, if I ask to see an instructional video showing how to complete a function they send me a link. Plus there is an archive of training videos I can access independently. In certain situations they have custom made a quick video for me that demonstrates a solution to the problem I'm having. In other situations, they connect with me live to solve problems. Training and problem solving is always resourceful.

#### Cons

Look forward to enhancements on the current auto-resume branding function.

#### Reasons for choosing Loxo

Combination ATS & VOIP all-in-one. After arriving on the platform I discovered many more advantages.

I've looked at and used many other ATS systems before, this is by far my favorite. I've already recommended it to another boutique agency and they've implemented it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Loxo is visually very pleasing; love the way it imports candidate/ company pictures and the look/ flow overall. I love you can keep track in real time of the candidate flow, how it imports the teams' emails to candidate profiles so everyone is in the loop, and even though it's only accurate about half the time, the "reveal contact info" is very useful.

#### Cons

The contact info reveal could be more accurate, but that's really my only "complaint".

#### Reasons for choosing Loxo

Even though it was a bit more pricey, I like the visuals, the AI matching/ internal database is nice, and the customer support is always quick with any answers.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Loxo is user friendly and easy to learn. I have not used another ATS so I may be biased but I love the functionality of Loxo. When other companies approach our team, we usually find that Loxo offers most if not all of what we need compared to other similar products. The support team is responsive and friendly and resolve issues quickly. The newer automation features have been a game-changer for us.

#### Cons

We would LOVE the ability to text from a cell phone. I use the text feature all day long and it is frustrating that I can't use this feature when I am away from my desk.

Loxo is very user-friendly and there are a lot of great features. I have nothing constructive to say at this point. I am very happy with Loxo.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like best about Loxo is that it is an ATS & CRM! I have been using the Loxo free version and just decided to invest in the premium version and I am super excited as there are so many more benefits & features. I have been following Loxo since I started my business and I can’t believe how the platform has evolved in just over a year and a half. Using Loxo helps me become much more efficient, saving time and keeping organized.

#### Cons

There are some features that are not available in Canada but will be rolled out soon, within the next 2 months.
