As I used the product the best feature was the Outreach tool. The onboarding videos were very good. Cons: The support was poor and it would take ages for them to respond. While the LinkedIn parsing was good, it was slow compared to other similar tools. I felt they spent a lot of time creating features that were not of a high enough quality to add value, but there to attract more clients. The AI was not very good, Loxo source was often outdated and didn't replace LinkedIn recruiter, and the deal board setup made it hard to effectively manage your BD pipeline. Email management between personal and company emails for contacts was also an ongoing challenge when using Loxo Connect. This made me live in fear of emailing candidate email to a work address. Latterly, the price was no longer competitive. Lack of integration with Zapier was a deal breaker for me at renewal alongside the poor search functionality. Ultimately this was costing money.
