There's nothing more usable nor comprehensive in the recruitment scene
If there was ever a 5 star service, this is it. I cannot recommend the service enough. I will use nothing other than BidRecruit for structuring our recruitment process moving forward.
PROSThe usability of the system is second to none. The dashboards are informative, the navigation structure is sensible. The customisation of the hiring process makes it a breeze to qualify candidates, allow for management screening, organise interviews, etc. Essentially, the entire process from the publishing of ads to formalising recruitment can be done from this single platform. The recruitment agent marketplace is a remarkable addition to the basic functionality. We have used the latter to successfully recruit senior IT business leader profiles, while the basic functionality has been more than effective to generate candidates for less competitive areas.
CONSI had a little difficulty understanding the scoring mechanism for key qualification/screening questions, but after a minute or two the logic was sound.

has been great to use and super user-friendly. Anyone can pick up in my absence

CONSvery difficult to implement multiple interview processes. The data and reporting do not offer the raw and detailed data required for being data-driven. Limited integration offerings

Occupop usage in a Social Care Organisation
The over view capacity when it works people apply and when we respond they don't seem to get the notification and sending further documents is not user friendly for them, 9 out of 10 it fails
CONSWe are not notified and therefore remain unsure as to knowing if the candidate got our response via occupop, we ultimately end up contacting them manually to know for sure.

Occupop Organises
The ease of tracking applications through to offering, makes it so easy and saves so much time.
PROSI find this programme so easy to use, it is so easy to track applicants. The candidate scores have been very accurate to date.
CONSSometimes we get applications from abroad, I am unaware if there is a facility to narrow the applicant range...

Occupop - Ease of use
Its been a massive help as we try to grow staff numbers in UK and Ireland
PROSWe have been using Occupop for a few years, we advertised up to 60 jobs at any time, and find the system to be perfect for our needs, easy to use, easy to train colleagues and its been something we couldn't have done without.
CONSWould like a text sms system, this would help us keep in touch with applicants

Good for a new startup product, room for improvements but happy with experience so far
It has improved our resourcing procedures and streamlined some elements, including removing some of the more manual elements of the work.
PROSRelatively easy to you, some very useful features such as interview scheduling, automated templates etc. which are all easy to use
CONSMissing some key features, such as ability to search through candidates with keywords, system can be slow moving between profiles, reporting needs improvement such as the ability to export reports etc.

Recruitment made easy
Occupop has saved us time and money, making a complex field of recruitment options much more easy to track and manage,
PROSPulling multiple recruitment channels into one tool makes recruitment a lot easier to manage.
CONSChanging interview attendees - when managers have to swap their schedules around - not currently possible - this would be very useful as it happens a lot.

A great system with easy to use functions and ridiculously good customer service
Really positive, has definitely makde life easier and is really useful for when I am doing my board reports.
PROSThe customer service is second to none they are timely with their responses, super helpful and send video guides of them showing you how to do things that you can refer back to
CONSI wish you could see why someone was rejected previously or for another role so you can see if you would consider them again or not without going through the CV and forms

A solid option for ATS
From the initial adoption of the system, things ran very smoothly. The clean and simplistic user interface ensures staff can pick it up very quickly. Very customisable to meet your needs. Workflows that make sense can be created. Posting to multiple job sites takes no time at all and can also be arranged through the system. The option to send personalised emails out in bulk is also useful.
CONSWould like to see integration with HR systems if at all possible.

streamlines the recruitment process a huge amount
PROSSaves a huge amount of time screening and then scheduling applications, setting up users for all the different sites was a doddle!
CONSScheduling only allows one applicant at a time to be scheduled, meaning you have to go back and forth. A admin app would be a help, and save having to find a pc all the time.

Recruiting Made Easy
Its my go to place for recruitment now - and at the price how could it not be?
PROSI like that the software is user friendly, i also like once i post my job to bid recruit - its duplicates on all job boards applicable to me (I chose at my leisure) - Furthermore, its tell you exactly which site the applicant applied through - generating recruitment trends in your given sector. Its interesting to see the different level roles and which site is more popular for the different roles. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dashboard, all the stats I need at a glance, and I can clearly tell how well the roles are performing, a recent feature added which i also LOVE is the candidate questions; an applicant cant apply without answering mandatory questions (if you chose to set this feature, and btw its completely able for customization, eliminating mundane questions automatically and allowing you to completely personalise)
CONSI would love if a sector of activity catagory was added in the company profile section - right now we are listed as engineering - Construction and Trades would be a good sector to add ;)

Getting greater exposure across multiple job platforms when advertising roles. Getting decent response rates for professional and trade role advertised.
PROSThe fact it's linked to the IFRAME on our website is great. Copy link function for other site to ensure that all cv's come through Occupop a good feature. With our packake send cv to hiring manager also a good function.
CONSNothing to note, very easy to use overall.

BidRecruit - A fantastic tool!
From the moment we subscribed to BidRecruit, we haven't looked back. It takes the pain out of recruiting. We had another account with a different jobs website and due to the success of BidRecruit in finding candidates for our organisation, we have decided to phase the other website out in 2019. It's also pleasing to see a small company grow rapidly, a very deserved success!

Occupop - streamlining recruitment
Very good experience and really happy with the platform
PROSIt's user friendly and has a nice interface to it. It's easy to navigate between candidates, move them onto the next stages and setup interviews.
CONSWhen selecting multiple candidates you can only select those that are visible. You need to select 'Load More' in order to capture the remaining candidates. Sometimes we could have over 100 candidates to process and it would be easier to select all at once instead of the smaller blocks.
Reason for choosing Occupop
Everything about candidate manager was awful - not user friendly, tough interface and didn't make it easy to progress through candidates profiles.

It's ok. Having used a better system previously it's very easy to spot the flaws and let downs of Occupop.

Overall this is good but I have formatting issues and cannot enter a deadline for jobs.
You can reach many different job boards but all of the applications are centralised into one place.
CONSIt was my understanding that if I disabled the external advertising functionality on a role, I could advertise a new job externally in it's place and still work on the former job in the background. But the only way to work on something in the background is to also list it as a "live" job. Which means we reach our live jobs limit very quickly in a very busy period of recruitment for our company.
