Best platform for driving remote teams
We have been able to drive fast adoption of OKRs, get quick employee feedback and build strong connect across teams using the platform. The team is very forthcoming and helpful and very open to feedback.

Good solution
Simplicity and Ease of Use: Each performance management tool has its own unique design and interface, Peoplebox seems to be quite intuitive and user-friendly. This should enable the teams to get started and adapt quickly.Functionality: While other platforms might offer broader HR solutions (which we do not need, because of having BambooHR), Peoplebox's strength lies in its focus on performance management, engagement, and meeting efficiency.Integration: The ability of Peoplebox to integrate with other tools like Slack, MS Teams, and various HRIS tools is a significant advantage.

All good so far, Nice user interface as well.

A Guide for Effective Meetings
The problem that we are trying to solve with Peoplebox is to provide Social-Emotional Support to our members and improve the engagement between managers and subordinates. We have been able to develop a significant relationship between the members of our organizations. Also, people have started trusting each other more; as a result, the level of ownership among members has increased significantly.
PROSThe best thing about Peoplebox is the range of questions it recommends for your meeting with your colleagues or subordinate. The questions are very relevant to the discussion and help you in having an effective conversation.
CONSThe one thing that they can improve on is to have themselves integrated with other platforms. At the moment, they offer integration with slack but not with Zulip Chat.

Great tool for OKR and 1:1 Management
Peoplebox simplifies the goals and performance management process, The tool enables the team to receive timely feedback and track their OKRs and Action Items.
PROSEasy-to-use features are the best thing. It doesn't require any training or learning to use it.
CONS1:1 functionality could be improved like sync with the calendar for 1:1 is not that good it's does not work as expected and the UI Can improve, too many clicks one has to do.

The best Employee Engagement Platform
The Survey, Scoring, Engagement and 1 on 1 setups are pretty powerful. They keep on enriching the platform and making it valuable.

A great product that has revolutionised our people and experience
I love the tool and can not see us scaling without it. As we grow it becomes even more important to ensure that we are making our company the better place to work and supporting our people. People box ensure that we keep our finger on the pulse
PROSI like the fact that the tool is simple to use. Provides guidance where needed and most importantly it is effective. The team are also very responsive It has enabled us to improve how we support our people and has truly allowed us to move our People and Experience to a new level. The tool is now our fundamental part of our HR
CONSWhat I dislike is nothing to do with the tool. It's the insights that you get back, which can sometimes slap you in the face (in a good way). You as a business owner think that your doing well and that your putting everything in place to ensure that your a great to work. Using people box has enabled us to uncover our blind spots and in turn improve our people and experience.

A platform for all things People
The tools help our people-operations team to sustain quarterly goals and PDPs of individual employees. Along with this, we're upholding and executing 1:1 with managers & team leaders with so much ease with the help of the tool.
PROSI really like and love how well the organization has synchronized all its members. The User Interface is something that I particularly appreciate due to its straightforward and easy-to-understand design. Additionally, it serves as an excellent means of keeping track of KPIs and goals.
CONSSo far, I haven't faced any issues or least likely features of this product. We use the platform regularly, and I believe that it fulfills all of its purposes with a high level of quality and maintenance.

Peoplebox was a Win
Initially, we were simply looking for a way to improve our structured feedback process to help with reviews. However, Peoplebox use has expanded to many areas of our business. I really like the format used for 1-on-1 meetings, the survey tool is clever and easy to use, and I'm impressed by how the tool continues to improve.
PROSPeople like and use it. Makes getting feedback easier and leads to greater engagement.
CONSIt is a young tool, growing through some growing pains, but showing promise.
Reason for choosing Peoplebox
I like the survey question format that makes it feel like a chat. It is light and familiar, but surprisingly effective. Also, found managers liked the 1-to-1 meeting prep tool (that includes a dynamic list of prompts, starters, questions, etc.).
Reasons for switching to Peoplebox
Use of the prior tool was sparse, at best, and people have figured out how to respond with the "minimal effective dose".
