5+ year very happy customer

PROS

We've used PeoplogicaSkills for over 5 years. The reason we continue to use it is due to its ease of use for both candidates and ourselves as well as broad library of tests.

CONS

Nothing comes to mind to be honest, very happy.

Been using this as an online assessment tool for all our applicants! 1000-3000 applicants monthly!

We've been using it in the company for a long time. The service was referred to us by one of our clients.

PROS

Huge Library of test items with measures of different skills. Sending result notification to company email.

CONS

inability to get free credits to add own items (few) if we have company-specific questions (open-ended).

Cost-effectiveness. Referral from a long-time client.

Reasons for switching to PeoplogicaSkills

Ease of use. Library of Tests. Simulation tests that Survey monkey doesn't have. Features and tools. Email notifications to company email - no need to log in to the system everytime we check results.

Customization has never been better!

Excellent! There is a great customer service team who are very helpful in assisting with any questions i may have.

PROS

Creating custom tests and assessments suited to our requirements has never been easier!

CONS

I do sometimes struggle to search for and download reports, but this may just be down to user error. Or maybe a quick Q & A page may help this :)

Micale review of PeopleogicalSkills

Excellent - no issues.

PROS

Easy to use and provides a broad range of test criteria relevant to our business needs. Responses are quick and the breakdown of results is ideal, providing both summary reports and in depth assessment s which is extremely useful for us.

CONS

The ability to choose assessment criteria is a little cumbersome as the display box only allows for half a dozen or so lines, so have to continue to click on "load more" to see all the options needed each time you select a test topic. Otherwise, very user friendly.

Reason for choosing PeoplogicaSkills

Main reasons: 1) service offer met our business needs 2) we dealt with Shayne Lockhart from the start, and he was outstanding in explaining your offer and then liaising closely with us through the training and set up, and also follow up post implementation. He is extremely reliable and efficient and a pleasure to work with. 3) cost was reasonable

Reasons for switching to PeoplogicaSkills

Cost was the primary reason. They changed their service offer due to new mangement, and implemented a significant cost increase for a lower service offer. Ultimaltey their new offer did not provide the service we needed and fortunately Rogers Group were very accomodating.

A positive transition

Overall my experience with PeoplogicaSkills has been positive. I feel there are some aspects which we may be able to better or more efficiently utilise - some additional training or touch base from the customer service team would be beneficial with regards to this. The assessments themselves are great and encompass a broad range of specialisms within which we operate. The reporting is also tiered and very comprehensive which allows us to capture the relevant information.

PROS

The ease of deployment within the business, user friendly interface, broad selection of assessments, and value for money.

CONS

The ability to combine multiple assessments into a testing suite isn't a 'one click' process as we had been accustomed to with our previous provider, however this is not a major drawback for us

Reason for choosing PeoplogicaSkills

Value for money, user friendly, provider was based in Australia, good selection of assessments

Reasons for switching to PeoplogicaSkills

Our previous provider culled availability of assessments and increased our subscription fee exponentially. It no longer captured the critical requirements we needed for our business and did not represent value for money.

Efficient, easy to use platform, excellent customer service

Our experience to date has been exceptional. Our account manager is responsive and efficient. The platform implementation has been seamless.

PROS

It was very easy to get the platform up and running, very user friendly. The option to use standard or customised skills tests is amazing.

CONS

There is nothing really that we don't like about the software.

PeoplogicaSkills have a great range of assessments available which has enabled us to meet screening requirements for our clients

PROS

I have found PeoplogicaSkills good value for money, easy to use and have received great customer support.

CONS

When we sent assessments together to the candidates the assessment result percentage was also combined

Not having the option to authenticate the test user. Would have to work around this.

Extremely positive, great value add for my business and clients.

PROS

The customer and support service is fantastic. Userbility of the assessments in regards to set up and administration is also really good.

CONS

It would be helpful to have a reference guide of the scripts to avoid back and forth when reviewing and editing them.

PeoplogicaSkills - CBC Staff Selection

Excellent! Customer service is fabulous.

PROS

We love how the testing is for our candidates and clients (if needed) and the range of tests available.

CONS

We have discussed with PeoplogicaSkills about making their product integrated with our CRM, JobAdder. This would reduce workload and efficiency by a significant amount and we hope that this is something that we can eventually source in the coming months.

Excellent value for money, and not sourced per test.
