5+ year very happy customer
We've used PeoplogicaSkills for over 5 years. The reason we continue to use it is due to its ease of use for both candidates and ourselves as well as broad library of tests.
CONSNothing comes to mind to be honest, very happy.

Been using this as an online assessment tool for all our applicants! 1000-3000 applicants monthly!
We've been using it in the company for a long time. The service was referred to us by one of our clients.
PROSHuge Library of test items with measures of different skills. Sending result notification to company email.
CONSinability to get free credits to add own items (few) if we have company-specific questions (open-ended).

Cost-effectiveness. Referral from a long-time client.
Reasons for switching to PeoplogicaSkills
Ease of use. Library of Tests. Simulation tests that Survey monkey doesn't have. Features and tools. Email notifications to company email - no need to log in to the system everytime we check results.

Customization has never been better!
Excellent! There is a great customer service team who are very helpful in assisting with any questions i may have.
PROSCreating custom tests and assessments suited to our requirements has never been easier!
CONSI do sometimes struggle to search for and download reports, but this may just be down to user error. Or maybe a quick Q & A page may help this :)

Excellent - no issues.
PROSEasy to use and provides a broad range of test criteria relevant to our business needs. Responses are quick and the breakdown of results is ideal, providing both summary reports and in depth assessment s which is extremely useful for us.
CONSThe ability to choose assessment criteria is a little cumbersome as the display box only allows for half a dozen or so lines, so have to continue to click on "load more" to see all the options needed each time you select a test topic. Otherwise, very user friendly.

Main reasons: 1) service offer met our business needs 2) we dealt with Shayne Lockhart from the start, and he was outstanding in explaining your offer and then liaising closely with us through the training and set up, and also follow up post implementation. He is extremely reliable and efficient and a pleasure to work with. 3) cost was reasonable
Reasons for switching to PeoplogicaSkills
Cost was the primary reason. They changed their service offer due to new mangement, and implemented a significant cost increase for a lower service offer. Ultimaltey their new offer did not provide the service we needed and fortunately Rogers Group were very accomodating.

A positive transition
Overall my experience with PeoplogicaSkills has been positive. I feel there are some aspects which we may be able to better or more efficiently utilise - some additional training or touch base from the customer service team would be beneficial with regards to this. The assessments themselves are great and encompass a broad range of specialisms within which we operate. The reporting is also tiered and very comprehensive which allows us to capture the relevant information.
PROSThe ease of deployment within the business, user friendly interface, broad selection of assessments, and value for money.
CONSThe ability to combine multiple assessments into a testing suite isn't a 'one click' process as we had been accustomed to with our previous provider, however this is not a major drawback for us

Value for money, user friendly, provider was based in Australia, good selection of assessments
Reasons for switching to PeoplogicaSkills
Our previous provider culled availability of assessments and increased our subscription fee exponentially. It no longer captured the critical requirements we needed for our business and did not represent value for money.
