"The nice thing about performanceyard is that the learning library and feedback tool are both located within the same area allowing me to see what is pending without having to switch back and forth between five other systems."

"This system has given us a formal structure - reviews are completed on-time, managers now have something to use when discussing promotions with employees and peer feedback is not lost in a manager’s email."

"The biggest issue is that I cannot award multiple badges in one single post to the same employee which is a tremendous waste of time and therefore the recognition process feels like an obligation since I have to repeat it."
