Review for QuickHR
Overall experience is good, very friendly, and supportive.
PROSOverall the product is easy to use, speedy to set up, allows some flexibility compared to other software. Good customer service, the response from the team is within an acceptable time frame, and they always try their best to solve the issues. Willing to take extra miles to settle the problems.
CONSA lot of room to improve in the payroll module. it's semi-auto

Comprehensive and good HR tool for SME
All the fundamental features needed to set up small and medium enterprises are included. Simple and straightforward UI. Free updates are available, bringing new functionalities. The customer service crew is approachable and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Companies like MNCs are always talking about integration, but I think that's something that can be established gradually.
CONSIt is possible to add new functionality to reports. Programs for submitting requests for time off can now alert the HR administrator of recommendations covering a broader period.

About QuickHR
The matter with IRAS and CPF. The softwares able to assist us to process easily for the preparation of the submission
PROSThe Hr and payroll. To prepare staff attendance and tracking very convenient and the preparation for payroll and integration with quickbook also.
CONSSo far any difficulties the team able to rectify and make it better

Mainly payroll made much easier with direct access of pay slip to the employees.
PROSSimple, easy to follow process! Good support especially from [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! Met the MOM's KET requirement! Easy access to employees to retrieve their pay slips!

QuickHR - Signmechanic
Excellent. We have been using for QuickHR for almost 4 years and this is the most cost-effective HR software I ever use so far.
PROS- User-friendly - Easy to apply leave - Save of massive time on payroll generation - Good customer support team
CONS- The template(s) was auto-updated, which sometimes give user a surprise. - Report function well sufficient for mandatory reporting, but is some sort limited for management internal review requirements.
Reasons for switching to QuickHR
Annual fee is pricey (not cost-effective) and lack of customer support.

Decent Payroll System packaged with very helpful and responsive support team
user friendly user interface easy to use new features are introduced from time to time without additional cost support team is easily contactable and very responsive and helpful
CONSThe functions/options of the timesheet modules is not flexible enough to deal with more complex schedulling.

It's totally time saving
Quick HR has limited the number of HR specialists we need,hence. saving cost. Other than that, this software has also drastically reduced the time we usually spend on tedious HR tasks. Overall,It has made our entire employee onboarding process and management smoother. It has also maximized our workers productivity and efficiency
PROS(1) The biggest thing I love about this software is its payments automation. Because of it, paying our employees salaries is now faster, easier and accurate. (2) one other thing I love about this software is that, it is easy to use and setup. We did not need any additional training to learn how to use it.
CONSSo far, I've not found anything that I dislike strongly about this software. Although, I will recommend that they look into reducing their price.

Clear layout Easy to understand the system functions

A Comprehensive and User-Friendly HR Solution
Overall, I have had a positive experience with QuickHR. The software is easy to use and has been reliable. The customer service has been responsive and helpful.
PROSThe thing I liked most about QuickHR was the ability to have everything in one place. It was really easy to use and I was able to find everything I needed quickly.
CONSI did not like that QuickHR was not user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate and I found it difficult to use.

A HRIS System that SME can consider
It has all the basic function required for SME setup. MNC will normally talk about integration which I believe can be built along the way.
CONSCustomisation will take some time to be done. It will be better if the timeframe can be shorter.
