"The availability of the mobile app helps during emergency shifts to know what staff member is available and quick assigning of shift."

"It also helps track changes to rotas clearly and produces helpful reports that make monthly payroll tasks much easier."

"I was sceptical at first, always used an excel document for holiday and rota but I'm so pleased we moved to Rotacloud it has reduced my workload and makes it easy for staff to be informed of changes to their working shifts without the need for me to email separately."

"The only downside is that it doesn't link in to our Outlook calendars in quite the way we would like, or our HR system which could then automatically input holidays."
