We are very satisfied with this product. It is worth the cost.

This is a very simple and easy way to manage our employee hours. It is easy to use and very effective. I can instantly see which employees are putting in extra time, and which employees are lacking. It helps me manage time off to reduce overtime. And it helps me know which employees to reward with bonus'.

Occasionally it does not recognize a clock in/ out when using the mobile app. It has a number of features that we are paying for that we don't use.

TimeTrakGO has been perfect and fit exactly what we were looking for in almost every way possible. Anytime I have a question or concern someone is always there to immediately answer my question. I'll say it again, I love the look with green & red puzzle pieces, the printouts, and everything else about it. It all adds to make my job much infinitely easier.

I love everything about it. From its look, to it's ease to learn and use, to the immediate support I receive every time I have a question. It's perfect for what we needed.

I do have any real issues, but if I had to nitpick is that when I give a suggestion on a feature and they tell me they'll make a note of it. It would be better if someone would get back to you eventually about the specific feature you asked about and tell if you they're actually working on it, implementing it, or give you an estimated time

I called and asked for help to possibly upgrade and asked exactly what I was looking for and the salesman did not address my needs and never sent me the video he promoted to upgrade me. He also talked over me and was rude. I dislike how it doesnt autosave and the notes section constantly doesnt save, and users must save and retype several times.

I like thats its easy to clock in and out, and that it keeps good records for payroll day

how glitchy it is! people need to save every time they do anything and if they forget it doesnt keep, especially with the notes part.

The setup is simple and intuitive. The training was simple, and everything just works when we need it to. Nothing like our previous system that required reboots and updates for onsite hardware. Between the Geofencing and mobile app features - TimeTrakGO helps us run our business without having to worry about our employee's attendance or payroll.

I like the ease of use. I like that can assign groups to Managers and make them participate in payroll approval.

PTO Tracking features could use a lot of work.

TTG works for diverse team members in different areas of the organization, allowing dispersed login devices in an office, a kitchen, and a garage.

I have very few specific dislikes at this point. If there were a way to organize groups by department it would add significant benefit.

We are a new user. To date, I have not utilized all of the functionality. I like the real time review and reports.

Loss of functionality when storms, etc. create problems with internet services.

TimeTrakGo is a quality time keeping system that gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It is very simple to implement and is user friendly. As the administrator, I also find navigating and making time adjustments/additions very simple. I also am very pleased about the customer service offered. When you call them, you get to speak to a live person who is knowledgeable and friendly.

The thing that I wish was available on our TimeTrakGo account was a rounding option specifically for clocking in/out and not for meal breaks. To my knowledge, the current system allows for rounding, but only for all types of punches. We cannot round lunch breaks (needs to be down to the minute), but would like the 7 minute rounding option to apply to the start and end of the work day.

Our company used TimeTrakGO for almost 2 years and it was amazing. It was exactly what we needed. Prior to using this program we had paper time cards that our employees used. The digital timeclock was a great update to our company. It made it easier for our employees who were traveling to clock in and out and it made payroll a breeze! Nothing will compare to this program. Customer service is 10/10 and the program is extremely customer friendly!

Very easy to use. Reports were great! All of our employees loved the ease of the app and program. It was very easy for us to view who was on PTO and who was sick or even late.

I love how easy to use TimeTrakGo is. Customer support is available any time that I need help. It has ben a great tool for me to track employees hours as well as vacation hours for my staff.

I would love to be able to have the staff schedule work for our needs but we have a very complicated schedule (every day is different) so TimeTrakGo does not meet our needs.

I would highly recommend this software and company to anyone needing a time tracking software whether you need geo-fencing for sister offices, facial recognition software or just clocking in or out to record time. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Talk to the representative they will have a solution for your company.

What I like most is the ease of use and set up. Very quickly integrated to our payroll software. The customer service and development team have been extremely helpful. At the end of the conversation, they always say if you need any additional help or information, please let us know.

That the salary feature is not quite available at this time. We still want to see the time analysis of the salaried employee.

We have had minor issues with glitches but most have been resolved.
