Tydy is a great product to automate your BGC/Onb Processes

PROS

Automated several cumbersome processes for new hires, integration with different systems has made operations easy. Employees' productivity has enhanced. UX/UI is great and new age.

CONS

Reporting admin rights needed for autonomy in creating reports/cuts in data as we like. Several features (such as form-building) / changes to templates should be enabled to be done by client

Great Onboarding Tool

We at EXL have been using Tydy for almost 3 years now and have onboarded 40000+ employees from accross the globe. It is easy to set-up new hires and get them the best content available during pre and on boarding stages.

PROS

It is user friendly, easy navigation, proper allignment of contents, cater to large audience around globe, easy modifications, digital, value for money

CONS

A few reporting issues. Extracting large data takes time

Pre-onboarding Experience

Currently facing lot of issues after initiating new journey. so overall experience is dissatisfactory.

PROS

Nothing to add here, as some features which were available are also disabled.

CONS

there are no new features added to gamify the onboarding process.

TyDy System - Review

PROS

1. The product is easy to use for both candidates and HR team. 2. he integration built with SF is done well and therefore works seamlessly with only a few glitches here and there at times. 3. The training provided is great.

CONS

1. The support TAT can be reduced as most of the issues needs to be resolved in a stipulated time. 2. Most of the customer facing team is easy to approach and responds well. But we feel there is a scope for improvement for some SPOCs as we faced a lot of delays due to the ay things get handles at times.

Its an Good experience. Recruiters and Shared Services work have been reduced drastically from Onboarding point of view. candidates are engaged via quizzes, pre read material and necessary documentation available at one place.

The ease of having all the new candidates in one place and looking at their interactions on a daily basis.

Tydy for Elevated Onboarding Experience

So far, it has been good and delivering experience that we wanted it to. Long way to go to realize more sustainable and scalable benefits.

Flexibility to modify workflows. Simplicity of using the tasks.

CONS

Need to really start building and delivering deep integrations with HRIS and Skill Upgrade tools, if the user community needs to scale Tydy solutions to other HR processes.

Great pre-boarding platform for early-in-careers, intuitive interface and easy deployment

PROS

Very easy to navigate and use, the possibility to create customizable journeys and have data insights on candidates' engagement and content performance were especially useful. The team is responsive and always there to support.

CONS

Chat functionality and push messages can be further improved to provide even greater candidates' experience.

Making OnBoarding smooth and efficient

There were multiple tasks and agendas in onboarding, that were clearly assigned to us using TyDy. It made completing them simple and timely. Would recommend it.

PROS

TyDy summarized tasks, content and deadlines quite clearly on the platform which made it easy to keep a track of them.

CONS

I haven't faced any issues in the App or Website of TyDy and it really assisted the process of onboarding.

The Product is among the best I've seen in the industry so far. The predictive analytics is amazing.
