I would say UBS delivers, more value than money we are paying.

Integration between PMS, Payroll, Time tracking and financial reporting are superb. Easy to use navigation Chat features in built in PMS. Time tracking & clocking Before switching to UBS we were using many different tools and for which integration was challenge.

They are adding more features every week and they have superb feedback systems. They really work on feedback.

We love HRMS and PMS modules of UBS as those are the one we use the most.

Real time notifications could be improved a little.

UBS is an effective tool for the management of HRMS.

Need to be an improvement in project management.

Overall I loved this product and I recommend UBS to other IT companies. It replaces your multiple softwares with just unified product.

Being an IT company, we felt like this product was developed specially for us. Its really easy to use and covers almost everything that we need as an IT company, It already replaced our 3 different software needs and we use only UBS now.

I know UBS is best but still they can offer smaller packages for small & medium companies

UBS have helped us to bring a systematic approach in the operations part. Project management have become more streamline & TL's could easily track the productivity of respective team members. We expect better growth within the organisation by passing time using UBS.

The bestest part is everthing is available on a single platform i.e. HRMS, PMS, Payroll & Chat. 1) HRMS helps us to maintain an easy flow starting from the onboarding to exit process, track record of each employee is available as & when required. 2) PMS makes us understand the project status, where productivity of each employee can be easily measured through time tracking in propotion to the completion of task assigned. 3) In UBS, Payroll process consumes very less time & maintains accuracy as the system gives pre errors which can be first resolved in finger counting steps before proceding ahead to process payroll. 4) The integration of all these modules under one platform helps me to maintain a proper track record of each activity & seemlessly work on other priorities.

UBS have already set a good benchmark so it is obvious that my expectations on the upcoming modules/versions would be high in view of how it will help me more to easy my employees work life & take our organisation to next level. 1) Few reports like project vise task list of each employee working on particular project from the start of project being created till date can be an add on. 2) Email notifaction while changing Payroll password/PIN could be helpfull considering data security concerns.

My overall experience with UBS is so impressive. They are doing well in the automation of the system.

UBS is mainly based on three things i.e. HRMS, PMS and Payroll and all of these have different importance. 1). HRMS gives accurate information about the employee and the primary function of the Onboarding process is so good. It also provides entry to exit data of employees. 2). PMS tracks the activity data and the time of every employee and we can also match it with standard time. 3). Payroll saves most of your time and also it gives you accuracy in the figures or numbers, the main thing is it provides pre-errors so you can settle them before generating the final payroll.

I'm so impressed with UBS and its operations. UBS has an impactful team which helps me in any situation whenever I need them they are always there for me. So from the service point of view, I do not see any cons.

Nothing is wrong. I know that it is made by focusing management for all types of organizations. But I can think of some ways this software could be better. 1. There are a lot of features, so we can improve the overall look and feel to make everything easy to find. 2. Storage space limitation can me incremented to share larger files on chat app or extra storage spaces can be provided like wetransfer or google drive. 3. PMS, HRMS can be integrated with chatting app so no need to login from website and everything can be handled from one app.

I am using UBS from more than 6 months and I found this very useful. The stress and over burden from my life has been disappear after using, because UBS itself have so many features which help us to track the employee details and various reports under a single panel. I highly recommend UBS to everyone who facing challenges in their daily HR life.

Complexity of payroll module. There are too many steps which we have to go through.

The best part about UBS is that we don't have to manage anything individually using different applications.

Previously, we had to maintain sheets like salary sheets, employee data sheets, etc., and it was highly time-consuming for all HRS. But, after adopting this system, we no longer have to maintain any of those sheets because UBS is so simple to use.

They will perform better with features. An upgrade is required for HRMS and Payroll.

sometimes the software takes lots of time to open cause we clock in late.

My overall experience is really amazing as now I can see any employees details, any projects activities + any project's chat thread from a single place and everything under one roof, I feel like things come in control to me as a CEO because UBS's reports show me where I need to focus my attention based on its billable-nonbillable hours' work reports and productivity data of different projects, so that's why after implementing UBS into our organizations I feel things come to my control from the top level.

What I like most about this software is multiple tools at single place like HRMS system, PMS system, and Chat communication too everything comes under one roof to manage our day to day activities things, and due to this centralization of multiple activity tools, we increased our productivity and improved our management activities at different levels too. Plus I really liked their real-time activities management process as if we update anything it pushes changes to destination in less than a second without any other actions.

I don't see any major cons of this system so far, but yes they can improve design more for better user experience's perspective, and I think that is also okay for now as it satisfied all our basic needs already and looks like this tool will go a very long way ahead based on its features and things will get improve as time pass. Plus one suggestion is if they will cover sales CRM-related tools also in the UBS system then they will become unstoppable for IT companies.

We are not able to think of any other tool once we moved to UBS. It made our day-to-day communications and project management so easy.

Under the UBS we are using the CHAT, HRMS, and PMS. with the help of the PMS system, we do not need to worry about the timeline, task allocation, and status of each task and project. this way project management becomes easy. The chat system is also good we do not need another software or app for internal communication. Under the HRMS system Employee attendance, employee leaves, and working hours can be mange and after a month we can proceed with our payroll within a few minutes

As of now, I didn't find any. I've liked everything

Overall it is the very good product we have every used for manage employee/ task. also helped to get progress of the employee and trainee. And the main beneficial part of this product is : All the components are connected each others. so we don't have to switches the browser tabs.

I like HRMS and PMS. specifically the PMS task management and work log activity feature of the task.

All the features are easy to use and helpful in minimising the interaction gap between developers, TLs and admins.

I like their HR module most because I can track everything regarding employees which takes too much effort if we do it manually. i.e Employee attendance, Salary, Employee profile, joining date, last increment any many more. Before using UBS I was struggling to manage all this stuff but now it's very easy with UBS. Also I like time tracker module because I can see how much time spent on which task as well as overall project from particular employee.

I think i don't ave anything to dislike. I'm satisfied with what UBS provides to me.

The Software is completely the replacement of our all manual reporting work. The PMS and Chat feature is very effective + the various reporting of the single project help us to control every situation and it has sorted our almost all the problems we were facing when doing manual reporting.

So far the system works really well and hope to receive many good features in future. :)

Project management things which are very helpful to manage multiple projects and we can track deadlines too, even we can see the productivity of our development and we can also conclude whether the developer is useful or not

I can see that all the things they have covered in this like HRMS, PMS, Chat but I haven't seen the Sales Management System, I think it's needed.

It is an awesome product. all features are very helpful. But, specially a time tracking, project management, & payroll are the most use full features that reduce a huge efforts.

It is beyond the expectation till now. Didn't feel that this should be here because it gives all that needed to completed a business cycle. It would be great if it have expense tracking features. So, businesses can track and review the expenses.

I like Payroll, PMS, and Chat and the most amazing thing is that all of these are connected with each other so you don't have to manage everything separately with different software. I think is the only product which was made with a focus only and only IT companies.

There is nothing that I like least about UBS but although sometimes new features or updates take some time to understand.

It is very good, I would say it has made our employee management very easy.

I have mostly been with their time & Attendance module and Payroll. It's very easy to use. They are also providing other modules like project management and collaboration tools. I didn't explore those tools yet.

Overall it's a great product, need some more third-party integrations. I want to migrate from asana to UBS.
