Complete Business Support Software Suite

I would say UBS delivers, more value than money we are paying.

PROS

Integration between PMS, Payroll, Time tracking and financial reporting are superb. Easy to use navigation Chat features in built in PMS. Time tracking & clocking Before switching to UBS we were using many different tools and for which integration was challenge.

CONS

They are adding more features every week and they have superb feedback systems. They really work on feedback.

Easy to use, Integration Super support and they have solution for all of our pain points of business owner.

Reasons for switching to UBS

Its complete suites for our need, Project management portfolio, Human resource management. Payroll management.

One stop solution towards the automation of an IT organisation

PROS

We love HRMS and PMS modules of UBS as those are the one we use the most.

CONS

Real time notifications could be improved a little.

Reasons for switching to UBS

We needed something with a localised approach. Bitrix was not very easy to use.

Easy to use and really good support

Overall I loved this product and I recommend UBS to other IT companies. It replaces your multiple softwares with just unified product.

PROS

Being an IT company, we felt like this product was developed specially for us. Its really easy to use and covers almost everything that we need as an IT company, It already replaced our 3 different software needs and we use only UBS now.

CONS

I know UBS is best but still they can offer smaller packages for small & medium companies

UBS handels all the daily HR Operations which helps me go beyond & work on other priorities.

UBS have helped us to bring a systematic approach in the operations part. Project management have become more streamline & TL's could easily track the productivity of respective team members. We expect better growth within the organisation by passing time using UBS.

PROS

The bestest part is everthing is available on a single platform i.e. HRMS, PMS, Payroll & Chat. 1) HRMS helps us to maintain an easy flow starting from the onboarding to exit process, track record of each employee is available as & when required. 2) PMS makes us understand the project status, where productivity of each employee can be easily measured through time tracking in propotion to the completion of task assigned. 3) In UBS, Payroll process consumes very less time & maintains accuracy as the system gives pre errors which can be first resolved in finger counting steps before proceding ahead to process payroll. 4) The integration of all these modules under one platform helps me to maintain a proper track record of each activity & seemlessly work on other priorities.

CONS

UBS have already set a good benchmark so it is obvious that my expectations on the upcoming modules/versions would be high in view of how it will help me more to easy my employees work life & take our organisation to next level. 1) Few reports like project vise task list of each employee working on particular project from the start of project being created till date can be an add on. 2) Email notifaction while changing Payroll password/PIN could be helpfull considering data security concerns.
