Multiple jobs that I’ve had has used UKG pro for payroll. I was most impressed by the customer support we received from the UKG team. We had a few meetings with their rep and they ensured we were ready for rollout before rolling it out to our employees. I am a part of the recruitment team, and it is very easy to move a new hire through the candidate process. I also appreciate that there are representatives available to assist with support either through an email or a phone call. #### Cons I wish UKG had created some visual guides for employees, both on the admin side and on the user side.
