We have been with the platform for two years, and have been happy with it. Just wish I had more time in the day to truly customize the platform more. I prefer UKG Pro over UKG Ready for general layout, navigation, and overall structure. UKG Pro also offers more customization when compared to top vendors (ADP, all of the Pays, etc.). The support team is also responsive in a timely manner. Cons: The mobile app needs to be updated to include more features, for example, document acknowledgment. There are many end users who primarily use their mobile phones and will not use a computer; it is critical for the mobile app to provide all of the same options as the online version. Having to direct hundreds of employees to the web browsers when they use the mobile app is time-consuming and extremely confusing for end users. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes to navigate to the right area for timecard punches resulting in missed minutes. The ease of use between entry and mid-level managers from restaurants to our corporate office is also really intuitive. Cons: UKG Pro does not seem to have a support team that is scalable to meet the needs of administers like myself who often ran into issues with features of UKG Pro, such as UKG Pro Learning, which is their digital LMS platform. While I appreciate that they have a support specialist team to communicate updates or give you a timeframe on how long it will take to research an item, it takes awhile.
