Delays can cause these questions to fall behind other pressing issues that arise. #### Cons The time it takes to implement forms could be improved. For instance, I requested a new form to be added across all 38 of our subdomain accounts but haven’t received confirmation on whether the process has started, aside from an auto-reply acknowledging the request. You simply send the implementation team your forms and they ensure that all appropriate fields can be autofilled, that they're easy for staff to fill out and that they're able to be used on both phones and laptops. It gives me peace of mind that the forms will be filled out correctly and the interface on the back end makes it very easy to track my staff's progress on their forms as well. As an employer who staffs seasonal workers it is very important to have a consistent and easy work flow and workbright delivers that. #### Cons Nothing. This has made my job so much easier as I manage summer camp staff of about 250 people each year. Having them be able to turn it in online has saved me countless hours of logging paperwork. Since it sends reminders when something is missing until it's submitted, I've been getting paperwork earlier than before! #### Cons I wish I could make small corrections to non-tax documents, such as correcting the date. I've had multiple issues where they'll enter the date that it is when they submitted a document and not the date they did the training.
