This product has a lot of pros, but my favorite is the Slack integration.

Oh, and the customer support has also just been stellar. Can't say enough good things about this team and their tool.

PM's spend their days keeping track of who needs to know what, marketers hear about a new feature the day before it goes out and customer support hears about it from their customers (eeek).

M actually shocked that no one built something like LaunchNotes sooner.

I love that LaunchNotes is trying to solve all of this by being the one stop place for all product release communication.

It was a great two-way communication channel between us and our customers, and it proved to be indispensable to us as we grew our customer base.

There is no notification when public subscriber joins. It's a bit hard to delete the Grid.

The only con we've run up against is the lack of email customization.

For anyone that's trying to keep track of (or manage) multiple streams of work across remote or distributed teams, this product is a slam dunk.

Just a really nice team that provides phenomenal customer service. I have no idea how quickly LaunchNotes is growing, but I think this product is going to blow up.

The interface is simple and easy to learn, which made onboarding easy for everyone on my team.

We've used it to track our product innovation for customers and prospects, and it's great to have a single hub to direct everyone to.

It's one of the best application to distribute the softweare updating for end-users.

It's simple to set up, easy to use, and most importantly, it just works. And works exactly like we need it to.

And I feel like I'm just scratching the surface of what's possible with it. For example, here are two added benefits that I've recently discovered and am loving as a PM.

The announcements feature is straightforward. You can maintain a delivery roadmap for multiple products and also by theme, which is helpful as some deliveries might touch multiple products.

This gives us ample time to polish and make updates for our customers. Our customers love the ability to subscribe to the updates they care about - which really helps with our engagement.

The only thing I'd add here that I didn't say above is that the team that built this product is awesome.

Super simple to get up, and the team has been really great to work with.

The segmentation makes it super simple to ensure you're only reaching the people you want with each and every communication.

The most impressive thing is that tools like API, widgets and the opportunity to customize your page and links are included also in the basic plan.

As an added benefit, the PM team has now begun using it to announce beta features and enroll users in private beta programs, which has been super cool.

The application and presentation of the required content is very good. ITONICS helps a lot in everyday life as well as in the presentation of the portfolio.

Especially the customer service is a huge plus.

The first-level support by Franzi also works like a charm.

Problems with SSO and almost problems after Releases.

Salome and Matthias are a big help in making our use-case as good as possible. They are very invested and interested in our success.

Plus, once you know how to handle the backend of the tool, it‘s not that hard to make changes. But if you don‘t use it regularly, it‘s quite hard to find what you are looking for.

The options are many, the functions in most cases good and well thought out. The platform really enables us to work with different people on many different topics.

Also, the pricing model can be confusing (modules move in and out of the core each year) and could be simplified.

M missing a button on an entity page back to the entity overview.

It's articulate and effective vision aligns with our innovation strategy and can be customised to fit any workflow.

In general very good, especially customer service / client relationship.
